I ordered high protein rose lassi on 30th July and today is 13th August but still I haven't recieved by high protein rose lassi order.
I don't know what Amul is doing. Please deliver the order as soon as possible or give me a refund.

We are regular consumer of amul products and amul pure ghee. I purchased one ltr pouch of amul pure ghee from a renowned store in my locality. As I opened the pouch, ghee have some crystal like sooji(granulated wheat).
I request you to look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest so as a consumer's faith may be rebuilt.
I hope amul may resolve the issue at earliest.

Today I found a piece of meat in Amul cow milk.
We are a loyal customer of Amul since ages and we belong to a pure vegetarian family. It's shocking to see meat in our milk. I am so disgusted and unable to eat or drink anything since then. Please do an enquiry.

Yesterday i bought amul icecream sandwich 3 pieces with different mrp, but same usp.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the quality of Amul Gold Milk pouches (500ml) that I have been purchasing from one of the AMUL’s authorized dealer named Royal Parlour, B/h Moti Bakery, madina masjid road, Juhapura-Sarkhej Road, Ahmedabad-380055 which is near my residence.

For over a decade, my family and I have been loyal consumers of Amul Gold Milk. However, for the past 3-4 months, the quality of the milk pouches has drastically deteriorated. Despite being well within the expiry date, numerous pouches have been found to be rotten or spoiled upon opening. This is not only unacceptable but also poses severe health risk to consumers like myself.

Upon raising the issue with the dealer, Royal Parlour, they have rudely denied any responsibility and refused to replace the milk pouches. They have even suggested contacting Amul's customer complaint center directly, washing their hands off the matter entirely.

Moreover, despite registering multiple complaints with Amul's customer complaint center, my issues have been repeatedly closed without any resolution. I have yet to receive replacements for the more than 20 pouches of Amul Gold Milk (500ml) that have gone bad over the last three months.

This blatant disregard for consumer rights and safety is utterly unacceptable. It is evident that both the dealer and Amul are failing to uphold their responsibilities towards consumers. As a result, I am left with no choice but to escalate this matter further.

I intend to raise this issue with the AMC Health Department to investigate the quality of products being sold by Royal Parlor as I believe that the products sold by the dealer are not stored properly or sold after the intended expiry date. Additionally, if this matter is not addressed promptly and appropriately, I will not hesitate to file a formal complaint against Amul, the dealer and AMC for compromising public health and safety and violating my consumer rights.

I urge you to take immediate action to rectify this situation and ensure that consumers are provided with products of the best quality. I expect a prompt response detailing the steps you will take to resolve this matter

I found an insect in Amul masti buttermilk

I bought the chocolate when I opened it in unusual shape then I break it down to see then saw it completely rotten with bad smell

I went to the amul cafe in uptown urban square, kathipara Chennai. when i asked the shop about the price of ice cream they told me that it is 1.50 paise per gram of ice cream but on billing they put 1.50 rupees per gram of ice cream and demanded me 185 rupees for 123 grams instead of 18.5 rupees.. they are scamming the people visiting to their shop by fake price and demanding more money after delivery of food.

The ice cream tasted like spoiled milk and the cone was very soggy

I had a a bad experience in the yogurt which I buy it leads to me severe stomachache and diarrhea.in 2 yogurt there is present of 🦠

I am posting this complaint to you for informing that I faced a bad experience on your yogurt which I buy to eat.i brought 2 packet and I eat some from 1 and just faced bad taste and presence of green and white colour 🦠.and for confirmation I opened the second one and in that also same the presence of this was there .and I had severe stomachache and diarrhea due to this .

I ordered amul kool from swiggy instamart (Date: 22-02-24 Time: 11:37 PM) and it's not expired but it's stale. The taste is sour and it's smelling as well.

Resolution: They should immediately check what's wrong with there product as it can create severe health issues for any age group.

Amul kool badam milk is spoilt and bitter in taste with pungent smell.
Product manufactured on 15/oct/2023 and expiry date is 12/April/2024

We had recently purchased Amul Rasmalai to try something new from Amul brand. But the milk in amul rasmalai was spoilt and it was smelling very badly on opening and the expiry date is mentioned as Sept 2024.I had also complained on Amul website but the team closed the complaint without any response. Please find the pictures for your reference.Request for the needful action urgently as it has been quite long now.

I purchased your Amul American nuts ice cream 125mL/67g, details PKD: 08/OCT/23, BATCH: BPV2811, on 1st of December 2023 from Krishna Store opposite of hotel Radisson Blu Guwahati, Assam. I found a hair strand in the ice cream. I checked it so many times to ensure I did confuse it with amul fibre but after checking it again it was confirmed that it was hair.

On opening the packing we notice black patches on butter and even the paper packing was sticking badly to the butter. Though it has expiry date in 2024 so please have a look on the pics attached here.

Complaint is registered under reference number 2396363.
I tried calling multiple times to customer care team provided but every time they stated it will be contacted by inquiry team and raised concerned to superiors.
I am week-05 pregnant and this product if I had consumed it without checking fungus settled down in bottom did caused me diarrhea like condition and it had affected my baby also.
I need fair justification and compensation for this product I have purchased that risked my health and my unborn child health also.

Amul cheese is within expiry date and it has fungus and smell
