The amul ice cream sellers is selling ice creams at additional charge of rupee 10-20 in each creams.
The seller scratch the map print on product and then sell it to additional charge of rupee 10 so
The cheating done by amul is not justifiable

The company should have to take attempt to solve problem. Either i will complain in consumer forum against the cheating done by amul cooperation.

I take amul butter small cake rupee 2 and found that it is duplicate in the exact packing of yours. Its like greasy cum liquidity material and also found negligible amount of milk at the bottom of cake.
I don't know whether it is duplicate or having issue at your end. Kindly confirm and resolve this so that people don't inhale chemicals!! Also there is no manufacturing date neither fssai license.

I purchased 500 gm Amul desi ghee from online retailer. On opening the packet it was found that in 500gm ghee about 150 gm ghee which was on the base of the packet was not in melted condition but was in the form of small granules. I stain it in stainer and then melt these granules in a pit on fire. It got melted but after settling cold it became like hard like cement. Even spoon cannot penetrate this cement like material. It is a clear cut case of adultration in food product.
I WILL NEVER PUCHASE AMUL GHEE IN FUTURE.

I purchased two item this week of amul both are of worst quality.Kaju katli is of latest date but it smelling and ghee is of wax mix .This is play with health of the consumer how can wax can be mix in ghee. It is against consumer rights we buy products because we have trust on amul but now i am totally shocked whether amul is playing with our Heath. i want that there should be checking at your end .I will take this mayter to the consumer forum.

The quality of the ice cream is terrible. Batch no 14.6.18 1651,
Even the guest were disappointed.
We have been consuming this flavour since years but have never been disappointed.
3/4 of the ice cream is still lying with us. Kindly send your personnel to check the same and take corrective action.

Hello this side nidhi.. Today we buy amul cheese and onion but on package i didn't found best before date so... I have started calling customer care number to guide me but no one answered me and also disconnect my call.. So i want to ask such like a big company having poor service... I think in food products iteam you people should be prompt in reply otherwise anything can happen in case on delay..

I bought a packet of amul toned milk. The milk had foul smell and changed colour to yellow once we started boiling the milk and the cream produced on boiling of the milk had a different texture. This issue has started becoming more frequent in recent times. I have attached the picture of the packet with bar code to trace the details and a picture of the boiling milk.

Looking forward to the resolution as this basic necessity will have a serious impact on health of the masses.

Day before yesterday i purchased 1kg ghee from our nearest outlet (Empire mart) and found it is in solid form when i put the ghee on tava then also it doesn't melt so seems like fake product.. So shopkeeper told me to call on customer care no but no one pick my call so drooping a mail and attached some pics of that ghee.

Please take action against this asap.

Sir, I have been buying your products for a long time now. Recently I have purchased your product i.e Amul pizza cheese mozzarella. I bought the product on 15/8/2018 and opened it on 17/8/2018. I have been buying this regularly but this time I found your product defective. I found the product to be very sticky and soggy unlike the regular ones. I tried to exchange it with the supermarket ( Harish food zone in vellore, 632002) but they told us that they wouldn't exchange frozen products. But on the product it says that for complaint we have to contact markerter. So please kindly do the needful. Waiting for your quick response. Thanking you.

I purchased an amul pizza mozzarella cheese from a reputed supermarket. At first, i felt something odd about the test. After a while i started feeling unwell. As science student, i did burn test and found certain evidences of adulteration. I contacted amul on email id and consumer number given on back of pack of the product. The lab report of amul itself proves the adulteration regarding few issues but has kept mum on many vital points. As per their report the nutritional value is way off the nutritional value mentioned on the pack. Burn test confirms the presence of starch (Which it should not be) and ash left at the end of test does not indicate the chlorine (Nacl). The composition of ash is still unknown which is worrisome for a consumer like me.
Following is the timeline of the callous and irresponsible attitude of the amul.
June 16, 2018: i purchased amul mozzarella cheese from bigbazaar
Jun 22: called on customer care of amul to complain about the adulteration of the product. They told will reply by 1 week as per the policy. Complaint no: 28038
July 01: no response till 10 days from customer care so wrote a harsh email.
July 04: then finally they replied and arranged cheese sample pick up from home.
July 12, july 14, july 17, july 28: no reply on the report of cheese sample.
July 30: called the person who picked up the sample.. He didn’t picked the call and then i messaged him: he arranged the report of the cheese sample.
July 31: i mailed them again to know if the product is adulterated or not as per the report. They did not reply and asked them following question as per their own report, all of them were just very normal questions.

1. Was the cheese adulterated as the sum of % in the report is not 100?
2. Was the nutritional value of cheese as per nutritional information mentioned on package of amul mozzarella cheese?
3. Was the cheese as per ingredients mentioned on package of amul mozzarella cheese?
4. Was the cheese as per specific standards maintained by amul?

August 08: i sent them reminder email & still waiting for any revert from such a brand like amul.

Amul masti curd i bought yesterday on 09 august 2018 from amul shop near satellite, ahmedabad. The expiry date of the curd is 14 august 2018 and the batch number on packet read : an02b5 (13:35).

I always valued amul highly and trusted each and every products of yours. But my experience with this curd deems that statement untrue.

I found that curd is very bad in quality. It is like synthetic. Unusual fibrillation happens when we dip spoon in curd bowl. (Fibre like structure) it is very strechy... Seems like rubber and dreadful for health.

I would like a refund or replacement of this because the curd i bought from amul is inedible.

We purchase 1 kg amul cow ghee from general store & observed some solid particle like dalda which not melt. Regarding this i also raised complained in amul complain customer care toll free number [protected] in date 16.07.18, he give me complain registration number 29677 & says that our representative comes & replaced pack within 5 days, but nobody comes from amul side to till date. I try to again to reconnect amul through toll free number but number is automatically disconnect.

We have shop at ambala cantt, pin code 133001, with name as sohan lal rajeshwar prasad, we have bought amul ghee of 5 kg from amul distributor in amabala m/s panna lal and co. For which he charged from us rs.2200.
Amul co salesman is coming regularly to our shop he informed us amul co wholesale price for 5 lt ghee is rs.2102 and market we enquire the price it is available at rs.2140.
Panna lal & co. Has chraged rs.2200 on what basis we don't know and on asking they are misbehaving and not providing bill also. Their behaviour is so rude and since they the distributor, they are creating their monopoly.
Product was purchased on 14 july 2018. I request amul company to check why panna lal and co. Are chaging higher rate then the company rate what is informed by the salaesman.
As people have believe on amul product simmilalrly i believe on amul co. Surely they will take some appropriate action on this issue.

At mecheda your amul parlour name maa chandi marketing taking extra rs 2 to 3 on every products of amul. When i asked the reason he says some of the packets od amul milk used to be licked. So he will collect the ammount from us like that. When i arrgument on this, he misbehieve & abuse. Is this your way to deal with a customer?

Here amul distributor called bhavani cool parler, we are taking cheese from them from more than 4 month, but today i have observed there is no isi mark and amul seal to it, and cheese is not melting, i just asked them politely, ther are like we are not responsible for that, nd directly he said don’t come hear to bug chesee, why amul have such a rude distributors?

This is very sad that india’s largest milk producing company has failed to check the storage standards by their distributors, and hence they are distributing expired or damaged milk packets.
This is definitely indicating how much seriousness related to quality of the products is important for amul.
Today i bought 3 litres of milk packet from your distributor and sadly all 3 are not stored properly and hence before the expiration they are damaged. Within 15 mins of my purchase i went again to the shop that the packets are spoiled and your distributor told me “its not my responsibility” then i want to question amul aid there anyone who is going to take the responsibility for sellling damaged milk packets or is the consumer at fault.
Considering amul such a big and reputed firm i expect some kind of grievance redressal mechanism. Due to negligence of your distributor my ₹120 are wasted and i want the refund of it. Will post it on your social media handles also for quick resolution.

I have purchased 3 litter amul milk from gurgaon mb mart shop sector-9a but after boiling the milk... Its get curdling.

After that i have complaint the amul cusotmer care and complaint no-25857. But till now we did not get my milk back or money.

After complaint i got amul supplier name is shankar/vijendra but they are telling show us curdeling milk then they will revert back money or new packet of milk... I asked them after 15-20 days you are responding us and how can you imagine will safe that curdling milk for showing you...

These both guys are not good amnner to talk with customer.

I purchased 1kg of amul curd on 15 july by date and then founded that it smells very unpleasant and recognize that it tastes really bad, then the real ordinary curd taste and further on the pack their was return that best before 15 days o[censored]se and the packaging date was just 12 july so is this your 15 days validity or are writing these things for just faking people's. I am getting this defect for 3rd time. At the 1st and 2nd time founded that it might happens in once or while but only this is mine 3rd time i founded to talk over it so... If really want that amul should be a brand as it was earlier at least be real instead of been fake.
Only because amul is a company from early years and gives the quality assurance we people on yours assurance put faith.
