Respected sir/madam,
I often used amul products whether it be milk or ice cream. Yesterday bought a family pack of amul zafrani pista dry fruits ice-cream but it was sad to see that there was no single dryfruits nut in it.. Neither pista nothing. It was all plain. Simple plain. M extremely disappointed by this flavour o[censored]r ice-cream product.

My amul butter was totally disgusting with a petrol taste and black spots in it, due to which my kisd got digestive problems and is still under treatment. If my kids don't recover well, mail should better care for their well being. I hope very immediate action or situations may get very worse and i hope these scenarios don't validate my health policy.

I am a resident of ahmedabad, india and recently i went to purchase pouch of milk from milk store. I noticed a shopkeeper charges 1 rupee extra then written mrp on milk pouch. Upon asking to know, shopkeeper replied it is in terms to keep milk in cool.

I am writing this complaint to know, what are my rights in terms of this problem, can a shop keeper charges extra for keeping product cool, so it does not get wasted? Is it not responsibility of a shopkeeper to keep cool? If they have such issues and want to charge money then, why there is no acknowledgement notice was kept for purchaser? The shopkeeper is making 1000 rupees daily and keeping them within him or herself without tax deduction. I would like to know details of how distribution works, and what makes them to charge extra? Please advise me soon as possible.

One out of the two amul rasmalai packets purchased on 7/10/2018 was found curdled and spoilt on opening; the manufacture date being 6 september 2018 and the product mentioning "best before 12 months from manufacture".
We did end number of follow-ups immediately to amull's customer care cell and all we got were only airy assurances along with multiple blank calls from their end. I received calls from a certain ankita and later bipin from amul's customer care which are on record. No rectified measure has been taken yet. A month has passed now. The product has been lying in our freezer since then.
If not readdressed soon, all possible awareness will be done via social media and i also will approach consumer court.
Hope this channel justifies this matter at the earliest.

I purchased two pkt of amul milk one of outlets in jallandhar cantt at about 1900 hrs on 2 nov 2018. At about 2100 hrs i started to heating milk for consumption but during heating for few minutes it got rotten up (Phat gya,) in few second and become unconsumable. It show very poor quality of milk or maybe some problem with pkt. You are requested to refund the entire amount i given to retailer

I have been a regular consumer of amul toned milk for the last several years. However for the last few months the quality of amul toned milk is very bad.

Earlier there used to be a layer of cream after the milk had cooled after boiling. But now there is nothing. Instead, there is a thick layer of residue
Stuck in the bottom of the container in which we boil the milk.

I am not sure whether what i am giving to my children as milk is actually milk or not!!!

I had called your helpline but i got a very poor response.

Between jamnagar-rajkot, there is a hotel called shiv shakti where they have amul parlour. We took amul cool koko, which is of mrp 30 rs, they asked for 35 rs as that is the cooling charge of that bottle/tin. This was the worst words said by any seller. Please look at this issue and try to look into this as this is not going to have your customers happy. You cannot charge for icecream because you are keeping it cool.

I have a complaint about a product (AMUL GHEE 1kg pack) which I bought 2 weeks back from the general store.
I would like to know in this hot weather why is our ghee is not in the form of liquid, i.e. it is in pure SOLID form. Some particles of other material like vanspati ghee are floating over deshi ghee. This is the sign of fake ghee or may be mixed other materials in this.
Also there is no taste of the product (ghee).
I hope the company would take into our complaint seriously.

My name is shubham dhuri. I am living in dombivli, mumbai. I am writing this mail to draw your attention to a very important topic.
Amul buttermilk a product of your company has a mrp of rs 10 which is clearly written on the pack. But the retailers in my area are selling them at rs 11 which is absolutely illegal. When i asked them why they are selling more than mrp there was no answer. Being a responsible citizen of this country its my fundamental right to get a answer.
I hope you look in this matter as soon as possible.

Vendors that are selling amul pouch buttermilk are charging over mrp.. Ie 2-3 ₹ over this price for cooling which is in correct. Because of which out dated product is sold
One particular place is at gajora strore, vile parle east, mumbai 57
And other similar stores in the area
The response on any argument is “don’t buy”
Which will eventually reduce your sales, even if the product is good.
Please look into the matter urgently

In muthiya village near naroda gidc, there is almost every shopkeeper who are selling amul products, they charged extra on every amul milk products. On 10th rs. Dahi and buttermilk (They charges - 2 rs. Extra i. E. 12 rs.). On milk products (20 rs. Mrp-charges 2 rs. Extra, 26 rs. Mrp-charges 1 rs. Extra).
Please take necessary action against all shop keepers.

Supplier of your company forced us to take cow milk instead of no demand in market and threats to discontinue the whole supply of milk.. Daily consumption 100 lts of milk and other product... Its my rights to decide the products in my shop he is no one to force me to forcefully sale any product. Your supplier are forcing us to go for other brand please take necessity action

The amul ghee is not pure ghee. It has some fake white substance. It does not smell like ghee and also that white substance does not melt. Amul is taking advantage o[censored]s by fooling with their products to gain more profit. I think from now onwards i will never be able to trust amul.

The company should look into this matter and serious action should be taken

I purchased a amul curd yesteray that is 23 sep 18...and opened it today that is 24 sep 18 only to find that it was stale and bitter and fowl smelling..and when i saw the packet i was shocked to see the mfg dt as 29 sep 18 which will come after 5 days in future..surely some kind of fraud is going on either in amul or its service providers..this amounts to a crime..and i need an explanation from amul else be ready for a court case..

On 7th of september i bought a amul sugar-free shahi anjir cup of ice cream. As soon as i was about to finish my cup a pebble came in my mouth
It was a hard peice of stone this was very disappointing on the side of amul inc.

As the consumer is a diabetise patient it could have been very harmful if it would have entered the body

I regret buying and trusting on amul

I purchased an amul sagar 1 kg packet from our local grocery shop at chandannagar (Pin-712136) on 4th september, 2018. But after taking it to home it was found that there was no mrp, batch no and manufacturing date printed on it, so it was returned to the shop.
To report this issue, we took a few snapshots of the packet. Please find attached.
I would like to know whether this is a fake amul sagar packet or not. Also please help us getting quality product from amul.in this way our trust on the brand is deteriorating.

I have bought butter of amul from noida. When i saw the packing i i doubt of its quality. I complaint to amul there revert some time but not confirmed on mail that it is genuine. Got a call from one no and he was asking for my address and asked me to return but not ready to accept it is genuine or not. And he said will give one extra butter or cheez as a complimentary. I said i want only confirmation is this barcode and packing is genuine or not. But no answer. On phone he said it's not genuine but not confirmed officially on mail. I met with with few shopkeepers and asked about the same and they said amul is not able to fulfill the demands. And their authorised dealers or wholesellers are selling the fake products. We are not manufacturing at our home. Even they don't know which is original and which is fake. Even post my question on amul fb page but no reply. Hope this time i will get proper reply. Still that product is with me and will not leave it till the time i get revert from amul. Its dangerous and they are playing with the health of children and people.

Quality of Amul toned milk is very bad. I have been consuming this milk for the past 25-30 years. Earlier there used to be a layer of cream after the milk had cooled after boiling. But now there is nothing.

I have a shop (Neelkanth store) in 16 sector, rohini and taking amul milk from the concerned distributor. He is unable to supply my required quantity as per my demand. On some occasions, he decrease my regular demand also. Inspite of my repeated requests he unable to. Supply extra milk, whereas he supply extra milk whenever i have not required. Request take necessary action against him. It is also found that he supply all the milk and other products as per their required quantity in adjacent shops, due to which my daily customers are effecting.
