I am a regular user of amul masti dahi 1kg pack but yesterday when I purchased and used was of poor quality1kg pack from nearby Haroganj bazaar Salkia Howrah 711106 shop name mahindar and when I complained to the shop owner regarding the poor quality of dahi he said no one raised this issue so I can't take ur complain and refused to exchange with the new one and thus I returned the loose pack to him. We have buy products from amul agency we have paid all amount there was our right after taking a product from amul they will give us a 1000 rs amul ice cream free which was including the offer but they are not provide us that offer which they said from last 8- 9 month i think should be more

I have applied for the job named after a
Amul india one month ago but now no one is responding. I have also paid money for that. I have gone for the interview in delhi.
A training is to be held in this month but i'm not getting any information. No one is is answering me and every phone no's are switched off.
I have also contacted the company but according to them they have not posted any add.
Jobs are for lucknow
And a trading is to be held in allahabad.
I think they have cheated with me.

We found fungus and live insect in amul fresh cream 1 ltr pack. We already cooked pasta and consumed it. After consuming it my baby girl start vomiting and after that i checked and found the same. I need legal action against amul company because it is the matter of life. They are playing with consumer life.

I am from badlapur west.in badlapur west sarvodaya nagar amul store charging 2 rupees more than mrp also other stores are charging more than mrp. When i asked they are saying it's cooling charges.
Mrp is maximum retail price then why they are charging more.
Require revert on this on urgent basis.

I had purchased a packet of amul toned milk of 500 ml from nearby retailer shop on 11/05/18. When i opened it i found curd like substance but it was not milk. It seams like to be adulterated.

I request the government authority to take a sample of amul milk and check whether it is safe for usage.

Amul ghee is not smelling like a ghee i wasted my money on this somuch its like really dalda mixed i dont want this ghee i oppened and used some its not good at all. I want my money back shame on this people they are spoiling our health by giving fake product this company is cheating us. I feel like vomiting sensation when i eat that no smell no taste my mouth is drying as well and feeling sick not happy when i eat...

I have purchased amul dahi product from a small shop who sell milk and milk products for amul he solid a dahi which is stinking and spoil and unhgenic the shopkeeper is not ready to replace me a new product i want is this the standard of amul milk product in india the unhgenic and unfit product are been packed solid to customers. This has to be taken a serious action against this amul milk company which says its self no1 company in india and the oldest

I have purchased amul buterscotch family pack 750 ml under buy 1 get 1 free today from authorized amul shop at vadodara. Batch no is: ubm 0982. Surprisingly test was too bad. It was served to guest so could not return but there was a bad smell of overheated milk. This is the failure of qa/qc of amul. This is the worst experience of amul. My e mail id is: devang. I bought amul milk 500ml from local vendor on 6th may @10pm. And put that into fridge. Milk bag clearly state that use by date 7th may 2018.
On the morning of 7th, i put the milk over heating and its just converted it into small particles and water came out from milk. Repeatedly i faced this kind of situation almost 4 times. And i cannot afford that much money to just waste everyday. I click the pictures and show it to vendor from i bought milk. He just told me to wrote a complaint and give him, that will take long time to proceed. Advise me what is the solution for us.

I bought the pack from the retailer in my area usually the pack lid is closed n I have to peel it off but to my shock this is open now I am not at all happy about this if my query is not resolved I would take this matter to the consumer greivenance I have the kept this box as a proof but as I was thirsty I drank it n it was not as thick as it usually use to be.i would really want ull to reply me at ur earliest

Provision store from last 15 years i'll selling amul products in my provision store at ongc colony but after amul parlour comes inside the ongc colony, ankleshwar the distributor doesn't provide any other products of amul and the amul parlour owner selling illegal other products in amul parlour. One more thing when ill purchase products from the local distributor our local distributors doesn't give us original bill.

Bought 750 gms of cheese slice from a store few days before, the slices had fungus inside and were smelling bad... Have done complaint (Complaint no. 23687) but nothing happened, had a chat on amul fb page still no help, called amul headoffice, my call kept on transferring from one dept to another ultimately got disconnected and they r not taking call now, not expected from from such a trustworthy company like amul.

At padti (Ta: surendranagar) in ravichandal restaurant (Located on chotila surendranagar highway) selling amul probiotic lassi 20rs where the written mrp is 15rs. Pls look at the reality this is yr distributors and seller policy to cheat the people...
As on advertising r u loudly saying amul is for the people & by people. And other end yr distributors& seller cheated people blindly.
It requested to kindly do the needful so that people's money saved from this type of cheater.

We are looking what actions gcmmf taken to correct it that.

I purchased my amul ghee tin from dmart at dahisar west ten days back. When i opened it i saw it was 30%liquid and 70%solid. How can ghee at the same temperature be liquid and solid. When i rubbed the ghee between my palms it felt grainy. I feel it's adulterated. Please give me a feedback on this as soon as possible. I will be sending it for a local fda check too.

I m severely ill after consuming amul chach it's third time i m ill this month i think u make chach from normal tap water i can only digest r. O. Water how can amul act so careless in making chach can't they use r. O. Or aqua guard water m very ill n disappointed i will never drink nor advice anyone to drink it caused severe food poisoining m unable to sleep was awake whole night

I bought amul american nuts ice cream (Batch number srm 095.66)
This product is not genuine as there was not even a single nut inside ice cream.

I paid rs 120 and for american nut but this was plain ice cream.

Please do appropriate investigation in this matter and also let me know the final conclusion.

I have purchased amul ice-cream vanilla flavour family pack of two litter. When me and my family members ate that ice-cream we all feel like our tongue were burning and senseless. I cosult my physician and he said that it was all because of that ice-cream only. So we want strict action against amul company. And they are not picking up the call and we also want compensation for that matter.

We are regular users of amul milk from last several years and had no
Issues. However for the recently purchased milk cartons (Tetra pack
Milk) with bno. Gae3474 with expiry in jun 2018 from more mega store,
Thane the milk was spoiled. We have 3 cases of milk (Each with 12
Cartons) with same batch number. We actually gave the milk to my son (6
Years old) and he started vomiting and had to rush him to doctor. When
We checked the milk, the smell was bad and also it was curdled. We
Checked with another 3 cartons and all seem to be of same results.
Given all of them are from same lot number, we discontinued usage and
Called the customer care (Complaint ref no 23904). Te readily agreed to
Replace all the stock, however we didnt get any further response.
Request you take immediate actions of this issue.
Again on 16th apr, worte an email to amul for this complaint and still there is no response. Also, the email id given [protected]@amul.com is not working. Also, no one picks the customer care number given in the website. Atached the photos. Request immediate action.

Since last three months we are facing this problem in ahmedabad. I live in bodakdev area of ahmedabad. I regularly use amulgold milk but since last three months every two three days the milk we buy either gets spoiled on boiling or there is a real pungent smell in the milk that you cannot consume it. We have complained to the local amul outlet in auda mahila garden bodakdev but no solution has come yet. Day before yesterday i bought two pouches...
