I bought amul ghee from big bazar, isbt dehradun and it's pure dalda. There is minimum smell of ghee however no taste of ghee at all. I even went back to big bazar to return it, but the big b manager said that they spoke to amul manager and it's 'perfectly fine' according to them. It's horrifying to even look at it as there are big blocks of dalda that is not melting at all.
Kindly look into the matter!

I am a resident from rmv 2 nd stage bangalore. I bought one cone ice cream for my son from a cycle cart. After eating ice cream he fall sick and followed with loose motion and omitting.

After the incident i fount the label of the amul cone ice cream cover was tappered and mnp was scratched, he had charged &40 per cone.

Quality was not upto mark and they are selling on different mnp.

Pfa attached is the photo of the cone which my son had on 26th jan’18, afternoon.

Kindly don’t sell those wrong product to any one which may lead to life of any individual.

The following distributor r. K enterprise are behaving very rudely... And most of the time not answering any call... And every time when they send amul masti dahi carton in which there should be 24 packets and every time quantity is less than 24... And the amount they want is full amount in rs.. Most of the time only 21 or 22 packets of amul masti dahi they send... The things i order from rk enterprise... They don't send that items and in return they send other items which i don't want.. And in return they say that u now have to buy it.. And on call they are threatening to me that do as u want to do.. We r not afraid of... They aren't replacing expired products...

Dear sir/madam,
I am jaydeep kumar residing in mangalore, karnataka. I had purchased packed amul ghee from spar supermart in which i found adulteration of dalda/wax. I confirmed of dalda/wax as i tried to melt the same in pan but it didn't melted.
Please send a expert to check the same packed content.

I running my shop in rohini sector 24 pocket 18, delhi 110085.

My shop is new, recently i started to keep the milk in my shop, the distributor name manoj mobile no.[protected]. He is extra charging of rs.1 on 1ltr tond milk, also he is mis behaving with me, he said he will not supply milk to me.

Please look into this matter and resolve my complaint asap.

I bought 1 kg amul pure ghee pack from easy day, i am a club member of this group, this product is of very low standard have some white hard stuff in it, very poor taste and smell. I will rather through this pack instead feeding anyone..: it looks like venum... Some unknown stuff is feeded to us by this renowned companies

I even thought it may be due to low temperature and tried to reheat it to fix the issue of smell and taste but in vain.. It stinks. I know how pure ghee smells it looks like they have added white greece or other lubricant in it or added some cheap vegatable oil or died animal stock

I am a consumer for amul sbi prepaid card and use to last 12 month and in ahmedabad maninagar uttam nagar franchise suddenly said we are not accept sbi amul card without any prior informe to regular customer i have attached snap for said franchise kindly action about this franchise..

I have purchased amul butter scotch ice cream cones from a retailer shop in anushakti nagar colony. These ice creams were manufactured in dec 2017 and to our surprise dry fruits in all cones were heavily infected with fungus. I have left all cones with retailer with a note to pass this message to higher authority. Dear amul do not fool people with all cramps with big brand name.

On 13 november 2017, i bought a amul malai paneer (Batch no. Sae2951; packed 22 oct 2017) from a local vendor. But when i used it i found its taste bit different (Bitter). I contacted amul's customer care (Complain no. 19222) to file a complain. Few days back when i contacted again to the amul's customer care they told me the status of your complain is closed. Neither the amul officials called me nor they replace the product.

Just bought amul lassi form amul outlet at old Delhi Railway Station on platform no. 6, he sold me the seal broken lassi packet, I complained about it, and told me that it comes like this, and packets are tempered and shown me, and argue that during transport it load, unload at total 4 places so that the seal (inner one) after opening the round white cap broke up. The quality also was low and I suffered sputum cough after drinking that. That's a serious issue, look into this.

As per subject i would like to inform you that one of our close relative going to bakrol dudh mandali at po. Bakrol, ta. Anand, dist. Anand, for submitting their gir cows milk to dudh mandali at 19:45pm, but administrator (Secretary) had refused to take it, as we know their notice board showing timing up to 19:45pm. Their staff & secretary had says we had get sample after deadline time, but we had seen sample time 19:45pm on printed registered, now how both time same? If time for collection is 19:45pm, then sample time should be 19:46pm not 19:45pm. After so many argument of above facts they had strongly refused to get it & says if you argue more we will not collect your milk now on wards. My relative faced problem of waste out milk & loose their days income of around 450/-rs. If such irresponsible administration existed then how will poor men come up. So please look in to matter seriously & do needful urgently. All member had same complaint as i had.
Hope for better anticipation from your side.

I my husband has the habit of buying the carton instead of tin we brought home the pure so caed the reputed company by verghese the great ghee by giving lots of money from vasanth kunj ambience mall big bazar that was 495 grams r nearly 500 ml.
Started consuming it while we heated the solidified ghee it would take more than one minute in microwave after it melted the dalda r vanaspati would float in top the rest of the ghee would settle down and we can't separate the hydrogenated ghee i say let alone consumption it became very difficult to stand the smell of it.
Cow ghee is yellow in colour and buffalo ghee is white in colour so the dalda hydrogenated ghee gels with it, it becomes easy to mix it up with the ghee to enhance the quantity by adding the same what a shameful work and what's the reputation of the company what nonsence is this reputation fame and all the efforts of the great verghese is gone for a fix very shameful i say we are from army i want this thing to be known by you people and all the public outside army area so i am persistently writing about it

We sell retail dairy products shop in kamla nagar. We sell amul as well as other companies milk on our shop. But now the distributor is causing us the problem by saying us that we can't sell other companies milk on our shop. Is it your company policy that any retail shopkeeper who sell amul milk can't sell other companies milk on his shop. Kindly reply

We bought 2 kg full cream amul milk on 24 oct’17 and after boiling milk splitted, so we logged complaint and shared batch no also, post this we got call and assured that it will be taken care and guided us to collect the fresh milk from retailer and submit empty packet to him. We followed the same but supplier has not approved retailer to provide us fresh milk, post this customer care team told us that with in 4-5 days the concern will be resolved but even after more than a month, there is no solution provided, now no one is replying, i am afraid which kind of service is being offered, tweet couple of times but till now no one has even acknowledged the concern.

I really am very dissatisfied about the quality of the amul ghee which i bought from the ambience mall vasant vihar though the money is outrageous on the carton the quality is awful and it's very shameful as we transfered the ghee to the other container of ours and started consuming in this winter ghee solidifies quickly but this amul ghee takes 1 minute in the microwave oven to melt but desi ghee as a matter of face the outer layer solidifies but rest are in liquid form and taste is heavenly,
But this amul ghee smells bad tastes bad as well if the spoon is left in the container thst gets stuck in such a way that with the spoon the container comes with it together.
Very very unhappy about this adultery and now scared to buy any of the amul products in delhi

02.10.17 ko maine amul company ko eak complain diya tha ki mere kuch amul taza 200 ml pckts mae sae worms nikal rahe hae. Mere paas unka reply v aaya ki unka representive mera yae problem solve kar dega or exchange kar dega but avi kuch dino pahele lagbhag 1 month baad unka representive call karkae bolta hae ki aap wo dmg packt humko wapas kar dae aur uske badle new pckts lae jaaye.
But mae 1 mahine baad wo kide lage hooue pckt kahan sae la kar doo. Ab wo kahate hae ki. Dmg pckts nahi dene par wo replace nahi karenge,
Ab aap log hi bole yae khan possible hae aur kya yae amul company ka manmani nahi hae. Yaemilk mae aur mera pura family with my daughter last 8-9 years sae use kar raha hoo.
Unko bheja mail copy v aapko attach kar raha hoo plz look into the matter and do the needfull.

Hello sir, this is to inform u tht one o[censored]r distributor named sandeep bhai selling products in gorwa area of vadodara does not provide bills nd take more money thn distributor rate, as if my dad had quarrel with him for bill so he started using bad languages so we request u to have proper action against him. We r small shop keepers we want to give gud products to our customers but some o[censored]r distributors think tht they r king in this field and react like king so i went to remind u tht consumer forum does not allow anyone to be king here so plz kindly take some action for it or else i hv many options for it.

This smol packet purchase chocholate but
Very bad taste as a example. Expaire tablat hoti h.
This taste he ni tha na he chocholate to sweet hoti h. Plaes my complaint check and i hope u and your company understand. And i thing this packet agr jis ne kha liya vo tabiyat kharv ho jayegi ya food poigen ho jayegi.
