Hi,
I had purchased amul cheese packet with checking of mfg date, within few days i found it was smelling badly and even the cheese slice wasn't coming out from the cover paper.
Product details are below.

I have complaint about this to amul company but not received any positive feedback.

This is not a complaint. Because there is no forum for appreciation of your product, i'm utilising this complaint forum to tell you that amul frostick is the best product you have manufactured till date. It beats foreign-made ice cream in flavour, quality, richness, and price by a long margin. I use this to reward myself for not drinking alcohol. It has since killed my urge successfully. And, it has worked. Godbless. Thank you.

I brought 4 liters of amul toned milk packets on 21.08.17 but found them ejaculated on boiling. I called customer support and got the complaint registered via complaint no. 14836 and it was mentioned that i will get replacement within 7 days but now its going to be a month and no replacement received. Coustomer support is not even picking up the phone now.

Dear sir,
I am a seller of milk and i also sell products of amul but due to same bad responce from the area sales manager i have got some loss, such as

1-damage is not accepted.
2-salesman dont take order on my shop,
Alway i have to give order on phone.
3-distributor dont pick up phone call.
4-i have some of total 2000 rs damage which is not taken back yet, previous damage product i have thrown in dustbin because it was not taken back.

My complaints are.

1-i have also seen that sales man takes order shop next to me but didnt visit my shop.
2-sales man said that we dont accept damage products you should take the products after checking, but when i was receiving the product today i saw rasberry dolly was melted hence i was returning that product because i cannot afford the loss.
Hence your salesman sandesh taken all the order back and didnt gave me the products which i have ordered.

Such behaviour of your salesman will lead to a emmencive effect in market.

Kindly provide me the solution of this problem, i have attached my documents along.

I have been ordering amul products since months and every time i order lassi they send me last dated lassi and i had even registered complaint against it by calling the customer service but no action has been taken. This time again i ordered for two pack of amul rose lassi and they have sent me one broken lassi pack which i returned to the delivery executive immediately and wen i checked the other pack it was last dated and even the pack was puffed. My order no. Was [protected] from email id [protected]@yahoo.in. This is very disappointing and the service has been very poor even after so many complaints.

My distributer name as baghel milk house in sector 4 he is said to me purchase amul cooling freezer and company give me 1000 per month to five month so i will purchase the cooling freezer last year june 2016 but my distributer till date not givien the amul scheme
Many time i talk to distributer pls give my scheme who refuse to me and say i have no schme by amul company and last time give me contect no. Amul officer mr saurabh singh in agra [protected] i am talk to mr saurabh but he is say i dont know what the amul scheme

I am solanki vijay from karamsad. My complaint again karamsad dairy in manager and milk cashier for not accept my 100 rs note. He say this not not accept my sabhasad. But if sabhasad not accept than my fault is what? My note is already perfect small tap see by him and reject my note and west my time for money take from my home.
And 65rs/liter but when i give 100rs than he back give me 60 rs and 5rs paper in written word rs 5 jama.
I say again not that type fault but manager and cashier not hire my argue. So atleast my mind say to take action again this member. Amul created by customer not his employe. If customer not happy than how meaning complated 'sahakari'.

But when i used this box of ghee it found mixed ghee. For this i have attached pictures.

I purchased amul mango srikant from amul retail shop cmbt, koyambedu, chennai. Cost rs 95/ on 6/9/2017 in the morning. After went home i opened
In the same day at 11 a. M. It is spoiled and watery. Manufactured in the month of may 2017. So many times i purchased from this shop, i got good srikant only. This time they sold spoiled one. It is the main center (Chennai bus terminus) shop. Kindly take care to sell good

Sir iam retailer of amul milk products but last few weeks delivery man is giving me leakage packs of milk and saying that is not my mistake its default of company, so complaint them and distributor of my area is not listening my request. Last day 12 ltr milk was leaked from packaging and anyone is not listening me and he says that if you want to sell milk so sell like this way only if you

Im having complain dat as i brought a amul milk pougt of mrp 11. They charge rs.13
Den i brought amul milk of mrp 20 they brought rs.22
Means they r charging 10%extra on mrp..
Its worth??? Den r cheating their brothers n sisterss...
Plz take proper action agains dem or plz inform dhem to take proper rate.

Recently i went to buy milk and the person asked for 27 rs when the M.R.P. Was 26 rs. The person told me that if you dont buy it on center time means morning 6 and evening 4, they will charge you 1 rs extra. Now if i am not wrong govt rules says no one can asked you for more money than m.r.p. So take steps and fine and jail all this culprits.
All shops in kalol, gandhinagar in the state of gujarat, there is same issue. Location if you wanna check: visat dairy, raghuvir chaukdi, kalol dist. Gandhinagar, gujarat pincode 382721. Lets see how fast i can see the solution. Fining the complain

My amul parlour - aakruti parlour 9- aakruti hights, opp - maharaja farm, nr uttaran power house, motta varachha surat is already going on,
But your authorise distributor has been given another franchise just near within a range of 300 miter area in shivdhara high rise,
I have already complain in distributor and companies manager also but they have no response regarding this missbehaviour,
And this is against rule of compani so please give me right solution and expected reply.

I live at memnagar 380052 and a shop (મિલ્ક કોર્નર, સુખસાગર ફ્લેટની બાજુમા, ડ્ાઈવ રોડ મેમનગર) sell milk products at rs 1 extra on mrp as cooling charges. I have complained to govt. Department, but still no progress... If you don't give them extra money they dont sell.

I have checked with people living around this shop. They either avoid buying from this shop or they have to pay extra money. This is daily incident happening with all residents. This shop name is milk corner, utsav flats, near sukhsagar flats, drive in road, memnagar, ahmedabad 380052.

Today all three milks i received were bad, as i heated them got cut, i did not open the third one as it will also get cut as it did not solidify in deep fridge. It's nearly 60 rupees milk got spoilt and it's happening frequently. It became very difficult to serve my kid and family tea and milk, the delivery man delivered it at 7.30 am and within half hour it was found spoilt and stinking. I hav kept one out of three packets intact for verification. I think proper maintenance of the factory is not been made. Even the taste of the milk has deterioted. Need to look into this factory. I want an immediate response as milk is an essential component to and it is detoriting, consumers r fooled by wrong dates been printed, manufacture if 27 today then how it got spoilt may hav been made after midnight, the quality of the product is questionable.

We purchased a 400g of packed amul masti curd on 24th aug 2017 from dairy shop in vasai west. However, on cutting open the pack for use the next day, 25th aug - we found the greenish-black fungus on the curd surface, unsafe for consumption.
We have photo evidences of the curd seen along with the details on date of packaging, batch no etc. We have returned the carton to be returned to amul for resolution.
Along with the refund, we request delivery of safe and hygienic products

I am from Village named Dhasa, Dist. Botad, Ta - Gadhda. We are facing this issue since long time. This regarding Amul product's price. Here All Retails of Amul Milk takes one ruppee more than printed price. I have complained them too many times but their answer is 'They take cooling charges'. As per my knowledge No one can charge more than MRP.
Please do needful and solve complaint.

There are 2 amul branches near my home..1st near indira bridge and 2nd branch is in hansole, ahmedabad. Today (15 aug 17) i purchased 6 packets amul milk like everyday (But today from hansole amul branch).. But they talk me very roughly just because of exchanging 5 rs bad note.. I was ready to exchange that note in their 1st attempt, then also she (40-45 yrs lady) is taunting and mainly shouting at me that — customers like you only misbehave with us because of this note. I felt very very bad.. I told her gently to mind her tongue, i am exchanging your 5 rs its not a big issue that you are shouting... But she didn't realised her mistake. As their are lots of men surrounded with her, so her voice become more loud after that.
This hansole amul branch is opened shortly few weeks back.. But i experienced their behaviour is awful.. Very insulting.. My issue is not 5 rs, please understand, their behaviour and way of talk is undigetable seriouslly, and i mentioned all this in very short. Its a humble request that in your way please warn them that kindly talk nicely to customers so that any other customer did not feel this kind of insult because of so small thing.

I got a pouch of 400 ml amul tazza instant of 500 ml amul tazza on saturday date 12th august 2017

Hello,

Amul agency and shops takes 1 rs more on 500 ml milk pouch and 2 rs more on 1 litter pouch. It is very costly to common people. You already known about this so if you want to needful to common people then stop these types o[censored]nauthorized charges.

Also we asked for why you charge this type of charges they replied us because of storage of milk charge and electricity charge which was not paid by the company that's why we decide to takes one rupees more on half litter of milk and 2rs on one litter.

I hope you are understand the issues and needful to our india and our city.
