There are 2 amul branches near my home..1st near indira bridge and 2nd branch is in hansole, ahmedabad. Today (15 aug 17) i purchased 6 packets amul milk like everyday (But today from hansole amul branch).. But they talk me very roughly just because of exchanging 5 rs bad note.. I was ready to exchange that note in their 1st attempt, then also she (40-45 yrs lady) is taunting and mainly shouting at me that — customers like you only misbehave...

I got a pouch of 400 ml amul tazza instant of 500 ml amul tazza on saturday date 12th august 2017

Hello,

Amul agency and shops takes 1 rs more on 500 ml milk pouch and 2 rs more on 1 litter pouch. It is very costly to common people. You already known about this so if you want to needful to common people then stop these types o[censored]nauthorized charges.

Also we asked for why you charge this type of charges they replied us because of storage of milk charge and electricity charge which was not paid by the company...

Pathetic customer service and low quality food products availability in Big Bazaar Amul
Purchased cheese block a month back which was full of fungus and not expired.
Posted on twitter but still waiting for resolution. Just got a single call from Amul franchise regarding replacement of cheese block with cheese slice, you people think customers are fool.
Replacing is not a solution. I think you people will be only serious...

I yesterday purchased amul afghan dry fruit party pack from a shopkeeper who is a retailer of m/s g. B. Enterprises, amritsar. The brick was supposed to have dry fruits but it was mere plain and it didn't have any sign of dry fruits. The details are as below:

I marked that every where i purchase amul milk, buttermilk a retailer take an extra rupees from me for example i bring amul taza mrp is 20 rupees but retailer charged me 21 rupees and when i bring buttermilk mrp 10 then retailer charged me 12 rupees please do something against retailer so people are live good otherwise if we do something then tell us don't take law in your hand what is rubbish yaar......

Sub standard quality, unpleasant taste. Complained at their e mail id given on container, absolutely no response... Again sent mail to higher authority... No response at all... One of your retailers is selling a gold amul packet of 1/2 kg @ rs. 29 which is rs. 1 extra from the mrp. On being asked the retailer told me he has purchased the said packet @ rs. 26 from the company and he will get nothing selling the same @ rs. 26. The ghee quality seems to be different. This ghee is not melting. It has to be heated for much longer duration for melting. If you rub it between your hand, it will not melt and remain sticky on the palm like wax. I am sure it is not pure ghee and adulterated with wax.

A week has passed but the problem is still not fixed and taste continues to be awful. The customer care numbers are also not working. Amul amrakhanda purchased from d mart dombivali east store on 11th july 17 was very bad in quality.

Though it was mfg in june 2017, it was looking stale and not regular in taste.

I found stone pcs and some plastic like pcs inside the packing.

I stay at ghodapdeo, mazgaon, mumbai. I am facing this problem for last 2 and half years. The problem is that milk products are over charged. Like half liter milk bag with mrp 21rs. Is charged rs 22. And one litre bag with mrp 41rs is charged rs 44. It's happening in almost all shops in nearby area. They refuse to give milk/ products if asked to give as per mrp. I buy Amul shakti in which recently thrice i have found this awful taste and smell in milk in 500ml packet milk.I checked, Milk didnt expired. Its a repeated issue, must be in a batch.
