I marked that every where i purchase amul milk, buttermilk a retailer take an extra rupees from me for example i bring amul taza mrp is 20 rupees but retailer charged me 21 rupees and when i bring buttermilk mrp 10 then retailer charged me 12 rupees please do something against retailer so people are live good otherwise if we do something then tell us don't take law in your hand what is rubbish yaar...

Sub standard quality, unpleasant taste. Complained at their e mail id given on container, absolutely no response... Again sent mail to higher authority... No response at all... Called up at [protected]... Phone no. Is wrong, it gets disconnected... Big company deceiving their customers... Batch no. Vfe 2251... Also has purchase bill rs 98/- jago grahak jago... Grahak is aware, but companies are not responding at all.. What to do???

One of your retailers is selling a gold amul packet of 1/2 kg @ rs. 29 which is rs. 1 extra from the mrp. On being asked the retailer told me he has purchased the said packet @ rs. 26 from the company and he will get nothing selling the same @ rs. 26. When i argue that the other retailers r selling it on mrp rate then he submissive ly told me he is charing rs 1 rupees extra for calling. Please enquired and take the necessary action against him at the earliest.

Sir i have been eating your varieties very long time and I know your goods are famous in all over Gujarat but today an incident happened with me..i get shocked to seeing it... when i was eating your ice cream at that time there was silver color wire which was eaten by me.. I pulled out from mouth and check it ...that was silver in color...i was worried it if that incident will be happened with any child so it might be dangerous...i will send the picture of all this incident.

I have purchased a 1 ltr amul ghee pack from dehradun with the following details.

The ghee quality seems to be different. This ghee is not melting. It has to be heated for much longer duration for melting. If you rub it between your hand, it will not melt and remain sticky on the palm like wax. I am sure it is not pure ghee and adulterated with wax.
I contacted amul via email [protected]@amul. Coop and toll free also. But received no response yet.
My trust on the company is shattered.

This is my painful duty as responsible citizen to inform you that yesterday i bought your product from a provisional store at jopling road, lucknow. As soon i opened it i got numerous deceased ants floating over there. One couldn't expect such outcome from a reputed company product when someone is using amul's products for years - milk, butter, bread, spiced buttermilk, cheese etc and has trust on reputed company but this episode i know how to react

Hi, l'm a delhi resident. My family is using amul products since ages. But this is first time we have seen such poor quality in amul gold milky milk and amul curd. A week has passed but the problem is still not fixed and taste continues to be awful. The customer care numbers are also not working. I request you to please take action as soon as possible since the issue is concerned with our health.

Amul amrakhanda purchased from d mart dombivali east store on 11th july 17 was very bad in quality.

Though it was mfg in june 2017, it was looking stale and not regular in taste.

I found stone pcs and some plastic like pcs inside the packing.
Is this what amul is known for?

I discovered a screw in an amul ice cream biscuit. How horrible. No quality control at all. What if i had swallowed it. I could be hospitalized! Amul, please raise this issue internally by looking at the batch number gre 1451 of 25 may 2017. I have sent photos of the evidence to you via facebook messenger. Also, please share with me the email id and contact details of health department and consumer court. I shall escalate this matter and make sure you acknowledge how you are selling hazardous food to public without quality checks.

Since long back we are using amul products, i am residing at gaur saundaryam society, greater noida west. I have started residing here since may'2017. We have a grocery store in our society named "round the corner". Since last 2 months i am experiencing very bad with the amul milk, either tonned or full cream milk. The milk is quiet condensed in this way when i use to make curd, the curd is not either tasty nor getting in solid form. Earlier i was in sector -119, noida there i did not experience this kind of thing. I don't know from which dairy or dealer we are getting this kind of product, now on i am forced to leave amul products. Kindly pay attention to this thing as we are paying so much for the milk and overall this is basic need of your countrymen.
I want this to resolved as soon as possible and the culprit should get the reward too for this sin.

I stay at ghodapdeo, mazgaon, mumbai. I am facing this problem for last 2 and half years. The problem is that milk products are over charged. Like half liter milk bag with mrp 21rs. Is charged rs 22. And one litre bag with mrp 41rs is charged rs 44. It's happening in almost all shops in nearby area. They refuse to give milk/ products if asked to give as per mrp. Also these people start arguing with the customers.

Am from Ahmedabad . I have been using Amul Milk since my existance but recently i have seen poor quality of it. I buy Amul shakti in which recently thrice i have found this awful taste and smell in milk in 500ml packet milk.I checked, Milk didnt expired. Its a repeated issue, must be in a batch. Regarding duplicate butter in market
Hello sir,
This is mr. Jagdishbhai ribadiya from surat, gujrat.
I'm running a restaurant chain in surat.
There is duplicate delicious butter selling in surat market for a long time, supplier name is harekrishna foods at varachha surat.
We have complained many times to mr. Sandip who is representative of amul company in surat district, his contact number is [protected]. I called him many times but he did not take any kind of action against duplicate delicious butter vender.
I also attached a image of duplicate and original butter in different wrapper cover.
So, i kindly request you to take action against them otherwise this is very huge effect on people's health.
This is very serious matter but no one taking responsibility to stop this kind of duplicate amul product.

i had purchased a amul butter scotch brick from the above mentioned amul booth dated of manuf april 17 and found that the nuts/malt in the ice cream not crunch and the taste was like sand..On taking back there was no response from the booth representative and i have kept the packet with him to be given back to the distributor. . I thought a big co. Like amul had a customer care which answers the calls but no response .
I will surely take this to social media and am loosing trust in amul the taste of india has become waste of india.

I am purchasing amul diamond milk for the last 3 years but now a days amul milk geting yellow after boiling the milk. Milk produce too much froth sometime. I am from karnal haryana living in vikas colony karnal haryana. I think milk is coming from a wrong plant to this area. Some people between the process adding detergent milk into this and i saw a short cut also in the amul packet. I request you to check and have some lab test so that we can trust on amul continuously. Purchased above mentioned ice cream on 26 june 17. Taste of ice cream was not as before. Taste was not good and was leaving sensation in throat. There was excess of powder which was prominent in taste. The same is returned to shop.

You are requested to look into issue. There seems to be of quality check in a reputed company as yours. This is not acceptable. We always depends on amul ice cream and we cannot play with health of our children.
Sure ne essay action will be taken at your end.

Purchased five pouches of liquid milk in 25 june 17, toned, with expiry date 26 june2017. It was purchased in morning from shiv shakti stores, antriksh golf view - 1, sec 78 noida - 201301
When the milk was boiled immediately after purchased, it spoiled and foun[censored]nusable. It is unfortunate to find the product sub standard from reputed organisation

I recently purchased amul vanilla royale icecream. It really taste bad. I can feel the taste of slaty (Chalk) granular type taste on my taste buds. This is the first time i convinced my family to buy amul icecream because i gotto know that amul uses milk in making icecream rather than vanaspati oil. So i thought of trying itz icecream. We already used many of amul other products too but this was the first time we buyed itz icecream n am feeling sorry for buying this product of amul due to such a bad taste.. Icecream is always known for its creamy taste. But amul vanilla royale icecream taste dissapointed me. I hope you will look after the matter soon
