We are a regular customer of amul products, be it milk or curd or ice cream. We have an amul parlour in hiranandani estate, thane by s. K agencies. Due to convenience we generally go to this shop for amul products. But sorry to say the owner is not customer friendly, he puts numerous conditions for purchase of products. Last time i went to buy amul curd from him, he demanded cash despite of having the electronic card machine. I asked him the reason for the same for which he responded that since we don't get to save much on milk and curd you please pay in cash. I was surprised by this remark. I want to know whether this is as per t&c of amul or it is his idea. If it is his, then i am sorry saying that it is putting amul in bad light.in the era of digitalisation when our prime minister is encouraging for digital transactions then this attitude of amul franchise owners put amul in bad light. Please do something about it or else i might have to switch my loyalty from amul to other brands and shall advise the same to my near and dear ones.

Today i purchased 2 pc of rajbhog cup 100 ml batch 19/may/17/dae1391 from ashapura amul parlar adipur kutch gandhidham gujrat

After eating this product we r unsatisfied with amul quality​ as there name.
We don't feel smooth ness in entire cup
Product not homoginise properly.

So request entire team of amul plz improve product quality during manufacturing.

I've 2 amul sbi smart change cards. Both were deducted rs.10 on 2nd and 3rd june. They're saying its free of cost and doesn't charge for its services the why deduct the rs.10?
What is the use of smart change card we've to pay for it?
It better to keep change everytime.

My residence is ahmedabad near chandranagar paldi, i have requires milk amul shakti 500ml, near my residence shopkeeper and he is chaged of rs. Amul shakti is rs. 25/- and in packet is mrp. Is rs. 24/-.
Shop name - rajesh store, opp. Mallinath park, p. T. Collage road, chandra nagar, paldi, ahmedabad.
I have inquired near my house all the shop keeper is charged is every pkt. Rs. 1/- additional.
So your are requested see the matter for only mrp rate charge no additional charges.
This is additional charges is illegal.

The amul parlour here at nalasopara (East) near d-mart doesn't serve ice cream milkshakes and when requested says it's too boring to make a milkshake or says they don't know how to make it. Today i went to buy an amul masti chaas which is worth 12rs i gave the shopkeeper 20rs and he snatched back the chaas from me saying he doesn't have change go get the change and buy. I'm really disappointed i hereby will not buy any amul merchandise nor will suggest any one to until and unless some action is taken against this amul outlet.

I purchased one ltr. amul taza pkt. from my nearby newly opened retail shop on 01.06.2017 evening having mfg.dt.05/FEB/17 Batch no.GAE0361. On opening of the packed today the 02.06.17 evening, the milk is found damaged. I informed the same to the retailer along with the milk pkt and some milk in a small pot at about 6 p.m. today. Retailer told me that they have nothing to do. That I am regular consumer of the said product since long. kindly arrange to do the needful to compassionate my loss at the earliest. I daily bought amul gold and amul butter milk, The MRP is 26 and 11 Rs. Respectively.
But retailer always takes 27 Rs. and 12 Rs. as additional charge like cooling and transport etc...

That means for one liter of gold milk we have to pay 2 Rs. more and same for the butter milk and other milk like taza, shakti etc..

So on what basis they are taking extra charge?

Amul had given the permission to take any extra charge more then MRP?

We have no other choice thats why they are taking extra charges and amul dairy not taking action till now for the same.

Second time this has happened, I purchased 2 packs of Amul Taaza milk, homogenised toned milk, 200 ml, and when poured into a container, found that while clots coming out, curd formed inside.

Its really pathetic that such a reputed company has become so careless, this milk I purchased for my small kid. Manufacturing date is[protected]. With reputed name they started cheating the customer!!! Last time when I consumed the milk by ignoring it, got food poisoning. This time I will try my best to spread this fraud and the incident.

Last time when I complained, I think there was no such investigation made from Amul side as they know, no one can do anything against them.

I bought 1l amul gold homogenised standardised milk from regal stores devlali camp nashik dist. Yesterday 1st july 2017 and opened it today 2nd july 2017 and the milk was fully curdled up "bad". Took it back to the store where we purchased it from, the store keeper told me it won't be replaced and did not refund my money back too. My name is stephen extross, this is my contact no.[protected] this incident has happened twice with me. My money is wasted on this product. I want a reply as soon as possible.

I had bought these two packets of amul premium - spiced buttermilk on andheri station i dont to call it duplicate or they had refilled their buttermilk with the amul one's because when i firstly opened them the silver packed seal was open secondly when i tasted a little it tasted pathetic diluted as similar to water.
I am obviously going to return these packets in the evening ofcourse but this a big thing now, do we have to trust this brand or no? / from where to buy?

We reside at andheri west veera desai road (Mumbai) & we get our daily 2 litres of toned milk plastic bag packet from our nearby dairy vendor called geeta dairy (Mob num of dairy:[protected]). Since the past more then one month we are getting toned milk which is nothing but full water. No amount of cream forms in it & when we drink its the yuckiest taste ever. You can taste & tell its only water & no amount of milk is mixed with it. We were forced to switch over to gowardhan. However we wish to start amul milk back provided the problem is resolved. Please help.

I just purchased amul probiotic lassi, from d2d mart, applewood galleria, s. P. Ring road, ahmedabad about an hour.
It was very tangy as we are a regular user of it, we found something wrong in it, we checked packing date as it is 27th may, 2017. So i request you to check at your production side and take positive in this.
I'm a rebuild user of amul and trust always. I hope it continues forever.

I am here to complain about amul gold 500 g pack. I bought a pack of amul milk from a store near my house on 28 may 2017 morning. The date on the packet was 28 may 2017. On boiling the milk, it formed lumps and was sour in taste. I did not expect this from a prestigious brand like amul which promises to provide high quality dairy products. I hope you will look into the matter and do the needful.

We ordered Amul gold milk from the Amul online store. The milk received is sour. I checked the expiry date on the packets and that is okay. But the mili received was sour. I need fresh good quality milk packets or refund of my money today.

I belong to bhubaneswar and ive bought amul vanilla ice cream slab. Surprisingly it tasted like frozen milk. It had no taste and it was an ice chunk. Amul being a highly reputed company i never expected such type of quality. Im a regular customer of amul but was shocked to see such quality. Hopefully i wish to find better quality next time.

But when it was open their was a insect inside the ice cream. This is how you maintain your quality and hygienic. What would happen if my daughter would have it, we saw it before having the bit. Pls response me whats the value of your brand. This is not the hygienic that you talks about. Please respond in my complaint. It's a life risk having Amul product. I have spoken with the shop keeper about the matter. He suggested me to drop a complain then if I get any response then I can take action again it. As I am a professional advocate, I will Take care of it personally.

I had purchased two packs of amul cheese slices (750g - 50 slices each) in the month of february 2017. The packs were dated 19 december 2016 and best before 6 months. One of the packs (Batch number kfa3542) has turned out to be stale. The slices are having fungus on them.
I had registered a complaint on amul toll free number on 6 april 2017, complaint number given to me was 7847. An executive from the company fixed a day and time for visit at my address but did not turn up till date. Ms. Ankita sanghvi, sr. Executive mktg. Amul, had been corresponding with me over email but has now failed to respond.
The complaint is still unattended. Such an act of irresponsible behavior from a company like amul is not expected.
Kindly do the needful to resolve my complaint.

I had purchased milk from your Amul outlet RTO circle subhashbirdge Ahmedabad mean time after 15 minutes I checked milk was in bad condition like Butter milk soon I rushed to the the shop but it 2345 hrs on 17 may 17. Milk was Amul diamond used by 17 may 17 and batch no. MD3A. Refused to change and told me to contact customer care for change. Pls do something as you are reputed company.

Most of the retailers, except the authorised amul parlours, are charging 1 rupee extra per bag of Amul Gold milk in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.I purchase usually from Amul parlour only, but sometimes have to buy from local retailers also. AMUL is failing to control its MRP in these small shops. They say they charge for the electricity the fridge uses to keep the milk cold in summers. But now when they know that consumers are giving into their demands for the sake of their convenience, this has become an all time affair. So, be it winter or summer, their fridge charges are constant always.
