Dear sir

I would like to inform that i have got a smart change issued by shiv shakti traders-jodhpur char rasta, ahmedabad. I have pair rs.2000.00 in this smart change and had a balance of rs.610.00 till my last transaction on 15-04-17. It has come to my knowledge that my card has been blocked and the amount transferred to some other new card on 17-04-17 and also my authorized mobile number is changed fraudulently. I have contacted the above mentioned parlour owner when my card was not working in his parlour.
Initially he said that i have changed the card at some other parlour and hence the card is not working and refused to listen to my complain, subsequently he contacted an agent and i was informed by the agent that my card is blocked and a new card is issued to somebody else and all my money has been transferred to his account. He has also sent a footage of the person using my card at some other parlour
In vastrapur and assured me that he will catch hold of the person when visiting that parlour next time.
Now the agent is not taking my calls even after calling him several times. I can share his number and footage along with my card details. Not posting all these details on public domain as of now.
You may kindly intervene in the above matter since the same is concerned with a parlour of amul.

    The milk purchased from the shop in Subroto Park was found to be emitting burnt smell while boiling on two occasions last week despite not reaching boiling point. Further the milk left a sticky white residue at the bottom of the boiling vessel. The milk was pkd on 24 and 27 Apr 17 and was utilised the same day. Fearing adulteration I have stopped using the same and moved to Mother dairy. I am afraid that as I have not preserved the sample/empty pcks with batch numbers, you may not be able to investigate fully but trust that you may like to recheck the supply chain for any issues which may bring bad name to your company.

      Respected sir, i am writing this complain about a branch of Amul in hindu rao hospital delhi 110007. In this branch many times milk quantity is inediquate and we have to go far to a branch of mother dairy. Till 12o clock mp Amul mik products to make tea and coffee to earn more profit this leads to the shortage of milk. I am requesting you to please increase the quantity of milk ordered and take my concern seriously.

      Whenever I visit the Amul ice cream parlor, the retailer doesn't attend wisely
      Moreover, the products offered are very much less than displayed on menu .
      Whenever I ask the retailer about the products displayed on menu, he always used to refuse & simply says that we do not offer that product . It is happening from past one month .
      I have been consuming Amul milk since many years but since last one year the thickness and taste has been varying in different shops. Just yesterday i bought two litres feom Tilak nagar Quality shop and it is simply white coloured water...disgusting

        Today morning i have purchased (Two numbers) 500 ml milk packet from my nearest shop in noida and after i boiled the milk it had a yellow covering over it and when i started drinking it tasted very different. This is the second time in a week that i threw the milk away. The milk taster very bad.0lease look into it either the milk is adulterated or some other problem. I always had the utmost faith on amul products but now i have my doubts. Please look into it.

        Bought Amul Dahi on April 28th, 2017 from Amul outlet(Bopal), Amul Dahi's batch number is BA01B, and best before May 3rd, 2017. Product was inedible smelled bad, so we had to throw it away on April 28th, 2017.

        I want to get refund for this product. I have images of defected product package in case any proof needed.

          Dear sir.

          Please be aware that shops infront of joshipara vegetable market in, junagadh city vendors are taking 1 rs extra cooling charges on each product like milk and buttermilk that looks price over mrp price. Hence please resolve this because vendors are taking more rupees than the mrp so that is because of their more profit margins. So that is open cheat.

            Hi i have purchased Rajbhog Ice cream of 750ml. But when i opened it then saw the real ice cream not enough it was happened first time with me, i always preferred amul but this is really bad experience i ever had. According to me out of 750ml i had only 400ml in the pack. Why this is so? How do we verify weight before purchasing? This is not good for amul. I want solution.                 Sir / Madam,

                I am Anirban Bakuli, the propritor of Paramananda Enterprise, one of your ADAs under Kolkata MMO. Mr. Abhijit Maity, our territory incharge suddenly threatened me and ceased my delivery without any notice or authorised letter. There are many other ill reputations about him in the market. I've been suffering in an income less helpless condition. Therefore my vendors and outlets are also in great trouble. I have a bank guarantee of Rs. 100000 and security deposit of Rs. 50000. I am in this business for about 4 years. Is your company aware of this ? Or is this the own decision of Abhijit Maity? Who will recover my loss? what should I do ?

                  I am distributor of amul and placing my order in online app through my smart phone and i am getting order confirmation via sms and amount details.My security deposit is 100000 and advance payment at gcmmf is 62510/- .My distributorship is by the name of atul milk agency (sap 1013657) in nashik prime location ravivar karanja, panchvati and i am the distributor who gave highest sale (5000 litres) during launch 15 years back in the year 2000 and i am regular ordering curd and other bi-products regulary but because of some personal bias here the on roll staff of nashik sameer shinker and asm uppal patel who is sitting at mumbai thane-mm0 is not at all supporting me and they are not cooperating with me after my request also i already had conversation with both the guys for 3/4 times and after that they are not responding and after request also not supplying milk to me.Kindly take immideate action on them and resolve my issue as soon as possible.I am thinking for going to consumer forum also regarding that odd behaviour.I am with this business since last 35 years and having sale of[protected] litre per day and curd is 1000 kg per day minimum of all the brands and also bi-products sale in good volume in retail as well as wholesale.My contact number [protected].

                    There is a store in sector 1, nghc, khelgaon complex, hotwar, ranchi, jharkhand which is in the business of selling amul products and is charging blatantly charging more than the mrp specified on the product pack. When asked why it is overcharging, we got a blunt and rude reply that same is the cost of cooling the product. Any vendor/franchisee overcharging its customer beyond the mrp specified on the product is gross violation of provisions of consumer protection act. We request you to kindly take appropriate action against the store owners to ensure such gross violation of laws are not witnessed in future and we are not forced to take legal action against the franchisee and amul.

                      I asked for Amul buttermilk tetracan from your franchise dealers in dombivli(east).. Ganesh coldring road. Cost of buttermilk was rs 12. I had a 20 rs note. Instead of giving change he rudely said i[censored] have change then only buy otherwise get lost. This is not the way to interact with customer. Ask your people to check out this person. I will appreciate if this problem is sloved.

                        I buy many times your packet milk for home.I had no complain against your milk.It is very good.Some of vendors charge 1 rupees extra on the MRP of amul packet milk. I asked them many times why 1 rupees extra, they replied it is for refrigeration charge.Is it legal?? Can anyone sell above MRP?? In kolkata specially at garia market you can find many vendors doing so and also at Asansol most vendors are doing this and customers have to pay 1 rupee extra.please look into the matter otherwise these people are making your company's image very bad.

                          Sir/Madam,

                          If the Parlour owner does not have proper change to return to a customer, why is odd-priced items kept for sale?
                          I visited one of your Parlours on the night of Friday, April7, 2017, in Pune.
                          Ordered Two Numbers of AMUL COOL CAFE Cans.
                          Cans were NOT AVAILABLE.
                          So, I settled for Two Plastic Bottles of KOOL CAFE, each priced at Rs22=00.
                          Total amount to be paid: Rs 44=00.
                          I handed over a 50 Rs Note.
                          Person at the counter asked me for 4 Rs change.
                          I didn't have and told him so.
                          He made a face, and returned to me one 5 Rs coin.
                          I lost Re 1=00 in in this deal.

                          My query is:
                          If the Parlour does not have change, why are the products kept for sale.
                          They should not sell those products which require coins to be returned.

                            Today I bought 6 pouch of amul gold 500ml having BATCH NO:-GA232E[protected] and none of them have expiry date or "Use by" date printed on it .
                            I've got 2 older pouches also and when i tried to differentiate between them by looking at use by date
                            Then i came to realise that none of them(older or newer) have the expiry date printed on it and also the taste of the milk changes on the same day itself
                            Pls reply asap what to do

                            Sir i am a resident of saharanpur (U.P) at ali ki chungi, sabri ka bagh, saharanpur. There is a shop name "IKRAM PANFAROSH" selling all amul items with extra price of Rs. 2 to 5.

                            Amul milk also he is selling with Rs. 2/- extra than the selling price saying that AMUL HAD TOLD US TO DO SO.

                            Please take necessary action at your end please.
                            Spoiled milk. Lodged complaint on phone (No. 7797) as well as by email. No reply. Call center says they have forwarded it and now its the duty of concerned team to look into. But they don't tell who are the concerned team.

                              I am Suresh Sharma co-owner of Rakesh APO, franchisee registered in the name of my elder brother Rakesh Sharma for around 6 years back, registered in the name my elder brother "Rakesh Sharma" on contact number. For the registration we submitted demand draft of Rs. 25000 on behalf of which we were committed to get incentive on sale. We are selling your product since, and got incentives through cheques via distributor for 3 years.

                              However of late, things started to get upside down. In this series of events 3 cheques arrived late, thanks to distributor promptness, so those ones got bounced of around Rs. 4750 in value. ( of which I am attaching the images)

                              Since that for last 3 years, the incentive came to a sudden halt. I was busy in my work so couldn't intimate the concerned person regarding this. It was 23 Mar 2017 when i received an SMS on my registered number, but to my surprise, the SMS was addressed to another firm "M/s Shri Shyam Consumer Store 2".

                              Now I want to know what actually has happened to my all previous incentives and how my registered number was mis-attached to another's store. It is a serious concern seeing the reputation of your firm.I tried contact your toll free number but to no avail.

                              Please look into the matter and reach out to me ASAP. It has been a long time as you can see.

Deonarayan Dairy, Near Circle, Vasant Nagari, Vasai East Dist. Palghar and he charge more than printed amount and also not given any bill regarding that.

                                  I have purchased an amul ice cream 500 ml/270g from a shop for Rs 80/- ie, Sri Jayanthi Natha Super Market, MMTC Colony Main Road, Nanganallur, at 8 pm on 25/3/2017. I have kept it in frezeer and when I opened today now at 9.30 pm, water was formed in the container and there was only a layer of milk on the upper side. When I took it to the shop owner, he defended that he has given a good product only, whereas I was showing the proof. After lot of argument, I left the product in his shop itself. When I insisted to show me one more cup of same brand, he replied that everything was sold out and no stock is available...This confirms that this was a defective product purposefully imposed on me. The manufacturing date was mentioned at 25/1/2017 and it was unfit for consumption. The LIC No. mentioned in the cup is [protected] which was the only available/visible data. I register my protest here, the question is not the money I have paid but for the sub standard quality which was given to me, which would have caused severe health problems to my family, if at all we had consumed it. The company, the dealer and the shop from which I purchased are all responsible for this act. This should be taken note of and other ice cream products which are being sold should also be taken into scrutiny/health check by the officials.

                                  Im raju choudhary from bidar state karnataka in our city the amul distibutor is not supplying a amul products like icecream etc. To any shop so i kindly requst you to make a new distibutor in my city thank you...
                                  We are using amul milk, we re complain my complain no. 7284 but no solution pl. re solution my complain any no reply i am going to grahaksursha

                                      Extra charge by Vendor for Amul Ice cream single pack for cooling. The vendor asking for more charges citing the reason of damage and cooling. This is unfair with customer even case of milk these vendors are charging more than MRP for product and taking customer for ransom. These adament vendor should be penalize heavily for customer harassment.

                                        I am Mr Amit Kumar Singh residing at Hapur, Subash Confectionery and Chabra general store Railway station road Hapur are charging rs 12 for 500 ml butter milk packet instead of MRP rs 11. I have lodged this complaint to Consumer forum also. I request you to take necessary disciplinary action against both shopkeepers and inform me on my Mb [protected].
