Today I bought 6 pouch of amul gold 500ml having BATCH NO:-GA232E[protected] and none of them have expiry date or "Use by" date printed on it .
I've got 2 older pouches also and when i tried to differentiate between them by looking at use by date
Then i came to realise that none of them(older or newer) have the expiry date printed on it and also the taste of the milk changes on the same day itself
Pls reply asap what to do

I am Suresh Sharma co-owner of Rakesh APO, franchisee registered in the name of my elder brother Rakesh Sharma for around 6 years back, registered in the name my elder brother "Rakesh Sharma" on contact number. For the registration we submitted demand draft of Rs. 25000 on behalf of which we were committed to get incentive on sale. We are selling your product since, and got incentives through cheques via distributor for 3 years.

However of late, things started to get upside down. In this series of events 3 cheques arrived late, thanks to distributor promptness, so those ones got bounced of around Rs. 4750 in value. ( of which I am attaching the images)

Since that for last 3 years, the incentive came to a sudden halt. I was busy in my work so couldn't intimate the concerned person regarding this. It was 23 Mar 2017 when i received an SMS on my registered number, but to my surprise, the SMS was addressed to another firm "M/s Shri Shyam Consumer Store 2".

Now I want to know what actually has happened to my all previous incentives and how my registered number was mis-attached to another's store. It is a serious concern seeing the reputation of your firm.I tried contact your toll free number but to no avail.

Please look into the matter and reach out to me ASAP. It has been a long time as you can see.

I the Avinash Pethkar R/o C-603, Indrapuram CHS, Sect 8, Vasant Nagari, Vasai East, Dist. Palghar 401208 complaining that I usually purchase the Amul Milk from M/s. Deonarayan Dairy, Near Circle, Vasant Nagari, Vasai East Dist. Palghar and he charge more than printed amount and also not given any bill regarding that.

I have purchased an amul ice cream 500 ml/270g from a shop for Rs 80/- ie, Sri Jayanthi Natha Super Market, MMTC Colony Main Road, Nanganallur, at 8 pm on 25/3/2017. I have kept it in frezeer and when I opened today now at 9.30 pm, water was formed in the container and there was only a layer of milk on the upper side. When I took it to the shop owner, he defended that he has given a good product only, whereas I was showing the proof. After lot of argument, I left the product in his shop itself. When I insisted to show me one more cup of same brand, he replied that everything was sold out and no stock is available...This confirms that this was a defective product purposefully imposed on me. The manufacturing date was mentioned at 25/1/2017 and it was unfit for consumption. The LIC No. mentioned in the cup is [protected] which was the only available/visible data. I register my protest here, the question is not the money I have paid but for the sub standard quality which was given to me, which would have caused severe health problems to my family, if at all we had consumed it. The company, the dealer and the shop from which I purchased are all responsible for this act. This should be taken note of and other ice cream products which are being sold should also be taken into scrutiny/health check by the officials.

I kindly inform you that distributor is forcing to buy amul chocolate, other wise they can't sale amul product to mi this is very serious matter.

so, i wan't to know that this is compulsory to buy amul chocolate??????

Extra charge by Vendor for Amul Ice cream single pack for cooling. The vendor asking for more charges citing the reason of damage and cooling. This is unfair with customer even case of milk these vendors are charging more than MRP for product and taking customer for ransom. These adament vendor should be penalize heavily for customer harassment.

Kindly look in to it.

I am Mr Amit Kumar Singh residing at Hapur, Subash Confectionery and Chabra general store Railway station road Hapur are charging rs 12 for 500 ml butter milk packet instead of MRP rs 11. I have lodged this complaint to Consumer forum also. I request you to take necessary disciplinary action against both shopkeepers and inform me on my Mb [protected].

I am from chirag from ahmadabad. In kankaria area bhalakia nr. Banaras pan parlor, , there is amul parlor in store thee staff is give the customer instead off money like chhuttaa . Exp.2 amul gold i have purchase i want to paid 52 rs. 2 rs. Change iss not i have so i give 60 rs. More so after that he give me white coupon off rs.3 and said next time u give back this coupon instead of rs. 3
what can i do .Consumer court. Orr what.

In dharamshala. Hp... Availability o[censored]r product is very poor... Ur dealer chadha general store is unable to fulfill requirement of other shop keeper... When ever we go to buy product it is unavailable... It is difficult for us as shop keeper to go again and again by leaving our shops... As our customers also suffer because they do not get their atul product as they desire

I, Vinod Rawat, a senior citizen and a citizen of India truly patronize your brand. I am a loyal customer and wish to continue my relationship with Amul but certain problems on the part of your dealers/retailers are stopping, hampering and diluting the image of your great brand so much so that we (me and my wife) and several people like us who use Amul are not able to get the milk. I regret to inform that 'Bhandari Amul Parlour' at Tapovan Road is generally out of Amul milk whenever questioned he states that 'the distributor doesn't provide us enough milk'.

It is extremely sad and sorry to note that Senior citizens like us have to suffer and switch over to other brands when a renowned brand like Amul exists but is not able to reach the last man in the queue. we look forward to a fast and quick action on the same.

We are facing certain problem while going to purchase amul products at gernal shops eg shopkeeper charging more price compare to MRP price and as per law it's wrong.

I and many other personally face this issues in routine life.when we asked them to pay only the MRP price then they says company has raised the price or else don't buy it, and it affects the reputation of the company as well as basic economy people.

This will affecting to increase in black money in the market, where our PM is trying to reduce it.

I don't want to disclose the shops name but Amul can give notice to their delivery team or shops where their goods is going for the customer, so shopkeeper can stop charging more price then the MRP

I applied job through shine.com and I got selected for amul india. I got a call from this no [protected] and he told he is the recruiter AJAY GUPTA and he sent me the appontment letter and told me to sign it and send him back and I have to pay 1500 0 and 17500 will be refunded to me. he send me the invoice also. I pain him money via paytm with the same no and a kotak mahindra bank account no[protected]. After talking 20000 he told hecan refund 25000 minimum amount from companies merchant account and I have to transfer more 5000. So I transfered 5000 and he told he will refund my complete amount. After that he is not picking my phone.He has already taken 50000

This is regarding the complain against the person attending at the amul milk parlour at near azad society (Iim) ahmedabad.
He is very rude with the customer, and is in capable to handling the customers. He behaves very rudely with the customer and he doesnt care of the customer waiting for a long time.

Please do change the person asap, as he is spoiling the image of amul.

Todat I visit your amul parlour in river front subhashbrige and I pursace pizza but your store has not any facility about net payment it is very same fully you your company because amul is international brand but not support to digital india.I humbly request to please some net payment facility provide in amul under subhash brige river front ahmedabad .

I was there at amul outlet in ghatlodia, (ahmedabad, gujarat) i asked for two amul buttermilk at 18 feb 2017 of 8.pm
I provided 30 ruppes and they offered me some sort of coupon of 3 rs and a choclate in change.
I want this to be solved immediately & a action against that or i am going to the consumer court as i was insulted ther as they told me to return the product.
Answer as soon as possible.

We have complaint atleast 3-4 times as they give complaint number only

Company people say give batch no as batch no is not mentioned
This is forcing me to take court action and I can take it
This is damaging my market

Hi,
I stay in Wadachi Wadi, Undri. All the shops nearby my house have increased the price of milk. Generally I buy Amul milk and have been paying whatever the price the shopkeeper demands. After the recent price hike, I am paying Rs. 21 for a packet of 500ml. But to my surprise when I checked the MRP written on the packed is Rs.20.00. This has been for the last 1 month and whoever the shopkeeper selling this product say that the wholesale dealer has increased the price and to cope up with the business they need to sell at a higher price. Even some of them say is that Amul company is filling new fresh milk in old packets that is the reason why it is still written there as Rs.20.00. Even they have given me the surity that the milk inside is fresh and new (as if they are the ones who milch the cows, processed them and fill those packets).
Please look into this matter.

I have purchased AMul taaza 200 ml. on 5th feb. 2017 around 3.00 pm and date printed on it was 06th Feb. 2015. same thing was happened on next day. when i have bought 500 ml taaza 6th Feb. 2017 (today) date printed on the pouch is 07 feb. 2017. i mean what is happening . how you can sale future date's milk pouches. this shows your poor quality checks & many more negative impact of AMUL.

I purchased a 750 gms of amul cheese slice online from reliance. When I opened, pack there was a weird stench. Upon opening the slices, numerous slices had fungus and were smelling awful. Luckily my family had consumed only a few slices. Had they eaten these fungus slices unknowingly it could lead to food poisoning. This kind of quality is not expected from well renowned brand like Amul.

What is your quality control doing?? Don't u check the product before despatching it for sale to consumers??
