I am purchasing the amul gold milk at 32₹ and MRP of the product is 1₹...

Hi,

I am buying amul milk from long time. Recently I started buying amul milk(1 lt packing) from milkbasket, but I felt the milk quality is poor. So I bought Amul milk from market and it is as it should be. So I think Milk basket is not delivering pure milk.

I request you to do the needful and take strict action against them

I am very sorry to inform you that yesterday I have purchased 4kg milk from two different shops near to my home A-1/223 ground floor paschim vihar New Delhi -110063. When we boiled the milk vo fatt gaya or shopkeeper nay bataya ki milk supply khraab doodh ki Hui hay or kaafi log same complaint lekar aayen hain aap amul company me complaint kar do. We got delivered fresh date milk even though it was fresh it was getting curdling, it was neither kept below cool temperature or neither it was expired but still the milk was curling, we got delivered 30 units (30 rupees each). I'm a retailer. We contacted the distributer he didn't replied anything, he said it's not there fault....

I live in palanpur, Gujarat. There is a amul distributor in area-Gataman gate. All the workers in shop are very rude and arrogant. Today(29/july/2022) 10A.M i was nearby the shop and The amul truck of distributor have and block my vehicle intensely.When i request him to side the truck because my niece was being late for school. In K D medical College, there are 2 suppliers of amul products but they both charge extra ₹1 for milk packets.
I believe the MRP is inclusive of all types of charges and should not be raised as per vendors.
Please see to this matter strictly and immediately....

We were shocked to have found an iron Screw inside the Amul paneer. We had intended to use this paneer for a pregnant lady's breakfast meal.

Such level of ignorance is unfathomable and frankly, quite disgusting. Amul used to be our go-to brand for all kinds of dairy products.

I have ordered your new product Amul protien lassi, and this is not the first time I have ordered, it is a good product. Problem here is this time I received damaged product I am attaching video with this post and as per amul policy I tried to return this product to delivery person but he refused to take it back .Please help me return this damaged product and initiate refund or delivery undamaged quality...

We bought 5kg Amul whole wheat aata packet from jio but due to Presence of lot of STONE DUST in it so it's not possible to consume it at all & the whole packet is a waste. So we are raising this issue and want our hard earned money back.
