Low quality plastic used in ice cream tub making the ice cream bitter.

I have consumed amul gold tub ice cream twice. 1 litre tub packaging.
I ordered two different flavours two times.
Both the times I faced the same problem.
Ice cream is tasting bitter on the upper layer . Upper layer of the ice cream which comes in contact with the plastic box becomes bitter and bad on taste. Similarly ice cream in the lower layer of the box becomes bad in taste.
Rest all ice cream is good but upper and lower layer of ice cream coming in contact with the box becomes bitter.
Do you want your customers to die from cancer by using low grade plastic in your ice cream.
Strict action must be taken against your company. Company is no serving proper quality plastic box. Ridiculous.
Many people on internet have felt the same and commented on it.
Bitter taste is coming in the ice cream in upper and lower layer...horrible.!!! What are you feeding to your customers bein a big brand.
Non trustworthy.
2) quantity of the ice cream not same. Sometimes box is half filled. Sometimes box is overfilled. How can this problem occur ..??? Amul is not a local company. Many people have complained against it of variable quantity of ice cream in tub. In company like yours or should be exact amount of ice cream every time.
There is some big FRAUD you people are doing...
Wait till I and someone else will take a legal action against you.!!!

There were papers found inside the ice creme.

My recent experience with Amul Pure Milk Cheese

We are a family of 5 People and we stay in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. (Pimpri Chinchwad). We have been blindly buying Amul Dairy and other products since ages. My Senior Citizen Parents and I have been consuming Amul Milk, Butter and cheese on a regular basis. We have also been feeding our infant (19 months old) 2 slices of amul cheese on a daily basis.

In the month of June we bought a packet of Amul Pure Milk Cheese 50 slices packet which after consuming we realised had a bad taste and smell. However the product did not expire. We did not pay much attention to the incident and casually disposed of the entire product to buy a new one.

Later in July Mid we had bought another Packet of Amul Pure MIlk Cheese 50 Slices Packet. This product expiry is Dec 2022. PFA the Image

Even this product has a Bad Taste, Smell and seems to be rotten. We as a family now have our doubts on the Amul products.

We urge the team and take this matter seriously and find out what could have gone wrong. It's a serious threat to our health. We are concerned since in my family 2 Senior Citizens and 1 infant have been consuming these products on a daily basis since a very long time.

This was a Sad as well as disappointing incident.

I have purchased amul chaach from shop n paid after that i check use by date it will show it expired 5 day before. Shop owner refuse to take it back

Recently this is second time I received an adulterated milk with some impurities. Few months ago (on 19th March 2022) while I was boiling 7 bags of Amul Shakti (500 ml), it was started some type noise without turning it to sour and it was releasing a typical bad odor. After cooling, the milk vessel was kept in freeze. Next day while I was transferring the milk to another vessel, at the bottom there was some smelling material and the milk was not even drinkable (batch date and images attached). A day before yesterday on 11th Sep 2022, it’s again repeated. Today on 13th of September still that milk is in my freeze, if anybody wants to get it tested.

I have faced issue in Amul paneer taste, and reason may be expiry date has more than 7 days, almost 1.5 month PFA screenshot.

a dairy milk product in Summers how can it be good for 1.5 month which is to be kept in freezers.

since Amul is an Indian product I also support Amul but this 1.5 month doesnt come in any norms of food category,

why amul has done this, shopkeepers may take advantage of this and sell this even when it is not fresh eatable, I found bad taste last time it was sour within 5 day of pking when utilised,

please do care and dont play with indian consumers health.

you have good image an also competitors in market, image can be spoiled due to this wrong decision of putting date of 1.5 month to utilise the product because o[censored]nhealthy paneer just a suggestion.

My shop is in new palam vihar, phase-1, yadav market and my shop name is Aanpurna general Store, I am daily selling around 9 to 10 carets of Amul milk. Daily your distributor at this location forcefully giving breads to us and saying that Amul has forcing us to sell this so if you didn't take it, we will not give you the milk. So please take necessary actions into this matter otherwise we have a different option like mother dairy has approached us for selling their milk and stuffs and giving us lucrative offers for this so if you didn't resolve this I will take necessary actions according to me and the most important thing that your area supervisor or the person responsible for managing this and other kind of matter, no one is comming on the interval methods so that we all can file our issue with them. So please help us in this situation

The milk boot owner at new motibagh, near Leela palace hotel, Chanakyapuri, delhi, Id harassing the customers . He is harassing customers by not giving required amount on payment . Often found cheating customers by denying being paid, this is being done specially to uneducated and innocent people who are unable to cope . He is selecting some clients over others and refusing to sell milk to them. . Either he is hoarding and selling to some at higher rate or just being vindictive to some, my request please take strict action against him . He is not authorised to select clients nor can can help deny anyone Milk on payment nor can can he be selling it for more profit at higher rate .

I'm staying Rajula (Remote area)District Amreli. Today I've bought AMUL GOLD MILK @ PRICE OF RS. 32. The retailers are charging 1rs. extra as cooling charges.
It's my personal request you to please look into this matter and kindly resolve the matter.

Amul Chocominis box purchased from Nearby bansal mart was found with 3 wrappers sealed with only air in it & no piece of Chocominis. This happens twise with me.

Chocolate looks defective or expired, kindly assist on priority. Attached pictures for your reference.

While consuming Amul cup icecream ( sugar free) I chewed a plastic piece. Upon careful scrutiny, I observed that there is a leakage from the bottom of the cup and the cup was broken and the broken piece was thrushed into the cup.

This could have been during the manufacturing process, because, the plastic piece was at the top first scoop ( table spoon ).

I have mail this with photo to the customer care and submitted the specific cup and the plastic piece to KHAUGAR ( Dyaneshwar nagar-Nashik) on the next day.

Written a mail to customer care, but of no use.

Amul dark chocolate quality is not as used to be earlier, now its taste like any ordinary sweet chocolate, please improve your quality because amul is known for its quality don't compromise with quality and bring the amul dark chocolate as it used to come earlier

I purchased Amul Ice cream tub 1 Litre (assuming its your premium product), details (PKD. 01/09/2014), Batch BN KVL 1301, price Rs. 215/- on 27th Aug 2022 from Amul Store, Narayani building, Shrikant Thakre Path, Chaitanya Nagar, Kothrud Pune 411038. . I bought the 1 Litre Tub pack ice cream of Choco Chip flavor. As I opened the tub, i was surprised with the uneven layer of icecream just bulged out. However I thought it's due to climate or some other conditions. As i scooped out icecream I was confused with the flavour i bought as it was plain chocolate flavour whereas the flavour bought was Choco Chip as mentioned on the tub as well. Attaching pictures of the purchased box n the plain chocolate ice-cream packed inside. This was utter disappointment for us. We have not had such experience before but this was really very disappointing! We expect the team to look into the matter and resolve this complaint.

Amul distribution channel is very poor. I order a stock and then there is no response.

I am buying amul milk from long time. Recently I started buying amul milk(1 lt packing) from milkbasket, but I felt the milk quality is poor. So I bought Amul milk from market and it is as it should be. So I think Milk basket is not delivering pure milk.

I request you to do the needful and take strict action against them
