AMUL / GCMMF — complaint regarding spoiled amul diced cheese

Dear Amul Customer Care Team,

I recently purchased a pack of Amul Diced Cheese (Cheddar & Mozzarella) and stored it in the refrigerator as per the recommended conditions. However, I was shocked to find that the cheese had turned blue and developed fungal growth within a short period.
I have attached VIDEO of the affected cheese for your reference. Kindly address this matter at the earliest.

Storage Conditions: Refrigerated at appropriate temperature
This has caused a lot of inconvenience, and I am highly disappointed with the quality of the product. I request an explanation for this issue and a replacement/refund for the spoiled product. Additionally, please let me know if any further details are required for investigation.
