We have store in Mumbai malad(west) area, due to lockdown it was very difficult for us to connect with every company salesman and distributor.
Now things are better but still we are facing stock ordering/payment issues from your distributer side. Stock we order and stock we get is not 100 percent fill our requirement and salesman weekly visit at store not coming.
In April22 month Mr.Deep from distributor asking illegally 500/- charge against cheque payment by writing its own hand kindly refer to bank receipt attached file.
Mr.Deep forcing us to pay for bill in cash just because of human error while making cheque kindly refer to 9 MAY 2022 call recording.
As per telephonic conversation(9 MAY 2022 call recording) last bill 11 may 22 we paid cash 4290/-
Now today(19 may22) we got stock Mr.Deep is forcing us to pay cash only as a retail store we get very limited cash transaction but Mr.deep is taking us negatively kindly refer to 19 MAY 2022 call recording

10 kg milk has spilled

Purchased Amul cheese from reliance store and when i open at and to use from it getting smelling and bad and bacteria chesse was black in colour
So please, clear this complaint as soon as possible

I am the distributor for the chitradurga city company name is GEP ENTERPRISES . I was transferred the amount on 1th of this month still I am not gutting items ...am I am loosing my retailers also

I ordered a pack of 8 buttermilk amul product but i am really disappointed with the product i got. I think i had wasted my money on your product as the product received was like a piece of garbage. Kindly get it returned and refund my money. I am also attaching the bill copy I received.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have been observing the Pouch milk taste becomes like lemon. It is happening since 2-3 days and we also informed to the Shop from whom we used to purchase everyday.

As routine, We make the milk hot and keep in freeze. but in the evening there is white form of think powder remains at the bottom of the milk vessel. It looks like Paneer form of while contents.

We are requesting to you to check this in detail and find out if any leakage in production.

Sir, one of amul parlor agency holder shop located in sarkhej near ujala circle sarkhej, ahmedabad,
the parlor person behavior are too bad and rudly, i noted that the parlor person are every day miss behavior with me so i request to you please tack a action against him...So, consumer are feel free to talk agaist him if shop person are rudly behavior..As in my case

its horrible to see that. Always trust your amul product and always prefer it but today after seeing this type of
unhealthy disgusting type thing from such a trusted amul product we feel awkward .sending you pictures of that thing .

We grow up using amul products like milk, icecream, butter, lassi.
we have trust on amul but one incident break my trust on amul.
we purchased butter 1 kg from store with manufacturing date jan 2022
expiry best before 12 month
but unfortunately butter having fungus and smell with black dots on it.
my question is -
why its having 12 month expiry date?
amul is playing with our health ?

Purchase milk from Garhwal paneer in Delhi, but got curdling issue yesterday on 1st may. When boil the milk and got curdling and going to shopkeeper he said logg the complaint, as we ask we purchased the milk from your shop and you should log the issue but he said you have to logg, So now logged the issue so please provide our 2kg milk, it's my humble request, you can call me on [protected]

In Varanasi city and plce Teliyabagh Amul milk very late distribution sir pls do action because of this late distribution very problem create for everyone because everyone want milk early morning.
And In This Area shopkeeper 1 rs. More money demand from customer pls take action...

Today I purchased 1 litre amul ice cream .when I reached home I noticed that it's seal is broken and box itself has large holes in it attached the same .if you don't take any action I will complain to consumer forum.

I would like to know is this amul Diced Blend Cheese what you are being looking below image consumable or not?

If yes then why it is in that shape even it's color in yellow where I've seen other amul Diced in white color as well as in good shape where all particles looks like of equal in shape.

As I'm getting curious about it. It you take my opinion about this, i would come to same decision after looking at both...

I am frequently receiving milk (Amul full cream) which gets spoilt in 30-40 minutes of purchase. 1st incident on 14 April, 2nd instance, 18th April (Use by date: 19.04.22 as mentioned on the packet)

The consumer complaint helpline numbers do not work. there is no one to address the consumer's concerns. Amul is increasing cost of milk every 6 months and the quality is deteriorating. It has been the second instance in a week that around 6 kgs of milk has spoilt. It was freshly delivered to my local shopkeeper right in front of me so there is definitely a backend issue with milk quality. I need complete refund of my money that is gone waste and also compensate for the inconvenience. Amul should focus on providing quality product and not keep on increasing prices.

I brought mawa malai kulfi from store kolhar pin 413710 i broken packet and test this taste was very bitter and posionaus and I vomiting frequently

MY SELF RAHUL WADKAR I OWN A AMUL DISTRIBUTORSHIP FOR WAI RURAL REGION OF SATARA DISTRICT MAHARASHTRA. I HAD PLACED AN ORDER TO THE AMUL PORTAL FOR DISTRIBUTORS BUT ORDER IS NOT ACCEPTED BY THE PORTAL AND LOCAL REPRESENTATIVE HAS HIS OWN AGENDA HE IS NOT SUPPORTING AT ALL HE HAS ASKED FOR BRIBE AT THE TIME OF GIVEING US AGENCY BUT WE HAD REFUSED. DURING COVID ERA WE WERE AND OUR DISTRICT WERE BADLY AFFECTED. ME AND MY STAFF BOTH WERE COVID POSITIVE AND WE WERE HOSPITALISED FOR MORE THAN A MONTH. IT Was very hard for us to recover from that time. today we are recoverd both financially and physically. we had started the work but the amul representative is not sup[poerting at all. he want money from us if this is not solved then we will file an official complaint on respective forum legallyl.

Dear sir, i am balaji traders proprietor sop code 1029963 distributer of amul fresh. I want release my security money back but on your company account department give a more time again and again.please help me about this and refund my money.

I am putting this complaint on my father behalf who is running a small business of kiryana store for his survival. He has to keep Amul milk at his shop so that customer demand can be met, however amul employee are not ready to deliver the milk to him and saying kar lo jhain complaint karni hai nhi date dudh..This ia how they behave and even their bosses are using the same language.. I never expect such thing from a big brand...

Purchase products today from dmart as amul rasmalai which has expiry date as Jan 23 which is tasting like patechtic
