Amul / Gcmmf — no change with amul parlor dealer forced me to leave store without product that was literally want to purchase | |||
Hello, I have literally foul experience at one of amul product parlor, located on m. G road, near raymond showroom, bardoli - 394601 dist-surat. I went to purchase amul masti dahi and purchased one. But as i had 50 ₹ note only ans not carrying anyother currency. Amul parlor store keeper told me he has no exchange and bluntly told me to leave product and go or either come up with exchange money!!! I want to let you know... I have been graduated as engineer and also a law student and my father is also an eminent practising advocate!! So we literally know our rights and rules regulations!!! No shopkeeper can force a customer just on basis that customer having no exchange! It's not a duty of customer to keep change of money to give!!! I didn't argue or fight with that shopkeeper as he's not at all capable to get anything and also i don't want to create any communal problems!!! I'm hoping that amul customer care department is capable enough to tackle such issue and i'm demanding harsh and strict action against such parlor owner as at the end of day such parlor dealer sinking down prestigious name of amul by such foul and blunt behaviour!!! Your product quality is very low level. I am live surat Gujarat. In surat your Ice cream parlour when I am complaint about your product is answer very rudely like I am bagger...
