Amul / Gcmmf — non redressal of complaint no 13864 dated 08 aug 17 | |||
Pl refer my mail dated 22. 27 aug 17, 02 sep 17 and several verbal communication on non replacement of 2 ltrs of sour milk on 08 aug 17 vide cplain no 13864 dated 08 aug 17. My complain has been closed without redressing my grievance. Customer care of amul has refused to take my complain stating that my complain has been closed. But till date i have not received the replacement of milk. I have no option left except to go to consumer courts. If not redressed. I am compelled to take this step. My earlier mail has also not been addressed by your company. Its really pathetic on part of amul company. Was this information helpful? | |||
