We are residents of Cuncolim- Salcette, Goa, and purchase our Amul products from the Amul stores around our area.This morning we purchased products from their store at Cuncolim (which is next to the Our Lady of Health Church.
And was overcharged. Our total came to Rs. 530 and was charged 600. No bill given as usual. Before exiting the store i felt was overcharged and asked the owner who himself doubles as a cashier to check the prices. as he is cornered he cooling returns a 60 back . i point out that still he is making a mistake.
He then angrily gives a 10 back . So matter settled, but this is not the first time. We have encountered this for the third time.
Worse part is that the guy is never owning the mistake. No sorry, Nothing . Not that the store is ever busy so making mistake does not arise.Just a regular habitual cheat who has got too comfortable doing this, Never a bill given as he keeps saying that the printer does not work. but we dont even see him punching in the prices anywhere -- just a calculator in use. We are not regulars at this store unless required on a urgency basis and yet are cheated 3 times . Many a time have walked off paying without running the charges in mind. So certainly more cheating incidences gone unnoticed.
