This is to bring to your notice that the aforementioned amul frostik purchased today 6th june 2020 had a salty and bitter taste.

Being a fan of amul since a very long time would request you to look into this incident if it is related to faulty food item. As this has never been experienced earlier with any other ice cream products from your brand.

Please treat this as urgent as the entire batch needs to be verified for food safety purpose as children would also be consuming this product in the current weather.

I have discarded the frostik (Images for your reference). This is for your reference and records.

As a responsible brand your immediate action and resolution would be appreciated to avoid any public health issue.

I have been purchasing Amul ice creams for the past 5 yrs, lately this particular outlet of Amul is found selling cone ice creams which have been completely soiled and not worth eating. When complained today prior to another purchase the shop lady rudely replied that it is not their problem and it's the distributors issue on this. When I checked today too, both the cones were again soiled so I showed it to her but again she tried forcefully to sell it to me saying I touched the product. Pathetic product to buy from this outlet (MSW Fresh n Pure), Kannan Avenue main Rd opposite to New Al Madina hotel), Mudichur Rd, Tambaram West, Chennai 600 063. Have sworn never to give business to this Amul parlour outlet hereafter.

Today I purchased Amul Frostik from a local shop and it is tasting bitter and salty. pkd- 11-Mar-2021. It has spoilt the mood of having Amul ice cream in Summer. not feeling like having other Amul ice cream after the incident.
