Amway India — amway products still not delivered after 13 days

I would like to let you know how disappointed i am with amway customer service and delivery system. This is the first time i ordered (Order no[protected] from amway, on 31st dec'17, estimated delivery date was 2nd jan'18 and today it's 12th jan'18. No resolution from their end, no sign of the products i ordered, no update in the app and not a single intimation ever since.

I registered a complaint on 4th jan'[protected].
I have followed up twice, my consultant has followed up twice more. And everytime we are told - "the complaint has again been forwarded to concerned team, you will get the resolution soon". And yesterday again i called asking for an update and my complaint has once again "been forwarded to concerned team". Today also i called and status is unchanged. Same recited reply from the customer care support personnel and no updates!

Also when asked about refund if i cancel my order, the reply that i got was that "it will be provided soon, maybe 30 days, we are not sure."

This was the detailed account of my horrific experience with amway in my very first order. I will definitely never order again from these guys. Just hoping that someday they will deliver my order!
