Complaint against refund not processed

I have ordered 1*attitude be bright herbals 2 in 1 scrub and mask and also 1*be bright herbals day & night cream.But i have cancelled the order after the payment successfull.The concern agent has told me my refund process is under process but till now no refund has get back in my account.I have ordered 16 days before[protected].They told refund process is 7 working days but till now more than 10 days but no results.I want my refund immediately...

    An order was placed by me online on dt.23.12.2020 with order no.[protected] for Rs. 10084/- .On dt.29.22.2020 i received mail that the same order has been successfully delivered. I was shocked and complained through reply mail, but no response was received yet through mail.
    Hence i request for strict action to be taken against these amway people and refund my order value of Rs.10084.00.

      An order was placed by me online on dt.19.04.2020 with order no.[protected] for rs.3991.00. On dt.29.04.2020 i received mail that the same order has been successfully delivered. I was shocked and complained through reply mail, but no response was received yet through mail. Then i complained through the telephonic call with the customer care 5 times, but till date they are neither delivering my parcel nor refunding my order value of rs.3991.00.

      Hence i request for strict action to be taken against these amway people and refund my order value of rs.3991.00.

          Hi,
          I have placed order number[protected] on 24th march 2020 for eseential health care products worth rs110296 for my parents who has heart problems. Both of them are senior citizens and despite multiple request to ship the order they are denying the shipment.

          Kindly look into this matter as these health care products are higly required for both the parents.

          I am not getting any kind of help and they kept on delaying and denying to ship the order.

It was supposed to be despatched with professional couriers in vikas nagar dehradun it's awb number was pf[protected]. Now the order is showing that it has been delivered but i haven't received no order and it has not been delivered to me. I did not receive any call regarding the order.

            It has already taken so much time and i want my order to be delivered on the right on the right address on which i mentioned।

              I placed an order on 20th nov 2019, from my amway account (Has been madea member through one of the relatives) in name poonam narendra singh. I ordered some nutrilite tablets suming up to a total amt of rs 4213. I paid for the order using my saraswat bank debit card and the payment has been successful, as soon as the ampunt got deducted from my account the app got closed and i didnt recieved any order confirmation or anything. Please help me with this matter.

                On 15/06/2019 at around 14:15 I ordered nutrilite salmon Omega-3 softgels(60N) and I did the payment via netbanking and was successful but the app closed after the payment and my order was not placed.My orders on the Amway app shows nothing and I didn't even receive acknowledgement for my order. I kindly request Amway to refund the money or place my order.
                I have select total 7 items for ABO no. 94130022 of Rs. 7472 shipping charges is Rs. 121.95 total amount is Rs. 7593.95 . Payment done through net banking from a/c no. xx8522 ref.no. IGAGOGWSC6 on 10 July 2019 at 08:59 PM but amount debited and order not confirmed.

                  Hi,
                  I have purchased a car air purifier from Amway India on 30th Jan 2019 paying Rs 24, 999.30. With 1 to 2 hour usage per week, it stopped working suddenly on 1st week of May 2019. I have submitted the product at Amway ADC in 80 feet Road Bangalore on 30th May 2019. Sent multiple emails to know the status, came to know their servicing engineers don't know what is the problem. It's alreay 10 days and company is not at all replying for my request to replace the product. Kindly help me to get the product replaced as it is under warrenty and without proper testing they have sold me a faulty product.

                    1. Amount deducted on feb 20th from paytm, see snapshot.
                    2. Wrote to paytm they told they have successfully transferred to cc avenue and to write back to them if merchant confirms. Attached snapshot.
                    3. Wrote to amway /cc avenue they told it was refunded back into paytm wallet on feb 21 email attached
                    4. But paytm statement not reflecting any amount refunded. See snapshot from paytm
                    5. Again i wrote to amway to send pic of transcation refund back to paytm but did not send.


                    None help both paytm and amway saying they have done and i have not received from any side my amount back.

                    solution : We need to ask "refund reference number" from merchant, if the have transacted back into paytm wallet . we can write to : to seek help. Finally on asking this reference they checked and refunded back. Else I had followed up in past many times and was not of help.

                        On 21 june 2018 i had done online shopping of amway products through amway india website from the id of preferred customer 14113513 varun Jain, order will be placed after few days but one product i.e.concentrated fruits and vegetables will be not their with the order and their amount will be showed less on bill but they will cut full amount with the amount of that product i.e.concentrated fruits and vegetables from my debit card at the time of online shopping, my money is not refunded related to that product which is not sent with the order, even after 13 days of the order...

                            I ordered first time. Worst experience. No update of order status or shipment. Customer care executives or robots with fed in system. They ask more and more never telling.
                            Are there humans in amway.in?
                            Where is my order. At other end robot is nagging. I have clinch my hair... The company will help them grow again? What is most nagging and rediculous that the customer care people's inability to provide any answer. I asked why do they ask each time for confirmatio. What are the securiy reasons? Alas! They dont know. They just know that they dont know

                              I would like to let you know how disappointed i am with amway customer service and delivery system. This is the first time i ordered (Order no[protected] from amway, on 31st dec'17, estimated delivery date was 2nd jan'18 and today it's 12th jan'18. No resolution from their end, no sign of the products i ordered, no update in the app and not a single intimation ever since.

                              I registered a complaint on 4th jan'[protected].
                              I have followed up twice, my consultant has followed up twice more. And everytime we are told - "the complaint has again been forwarded to concerned team, you will get the resolution soon". And yesterday again i called asking for an update and my complaint has once again "been forwarded to concerned team". Today also i called and status is unchanged. Same recited reply from the customer care support personnel and no updates!

                              Also when asked about refund if i cancel my order, the reply that i got was that "it will be provided soon, maybe 30 days, we are not sure."

                              This was the detailed account of my horrific experience with amway in my very first order. I will definitely never order again from these guys. Just hoping that someday they will deliver my order!

                                I have placed an order on 12th aug 17. While ordering delivery date was 16th aug 17. Then got msg with courier service name and delivery date as 19th aug 17. After calling multiple times to customer care, got to know that i have to wait till 21st. After filling complaint, i only got "issue resolved" msg but didn't get any details. Finally parcel got delivered on 25th aug 17 that too after calling multiple times to courier service. Then courier service didn't give me bill with parcel because they have missplaced it as parcel was with them from 4 days. Neither customer care nor courier service know initially where parcel was when called on 21st.
                                We are also distributors, we need our parcel on right time not like you amway, delayed. So disappointed in amway service.

                                  my issue is that my order is not delivered as of today and even after contacting the customer care they are saying it will be delivered, but when i ask them to tell me the name of the agency that is delivering at my place or any number i can contact to the delivery agent to know when is he going to come.

                                  SOlution:when we talk to customer care they should atleast no teh person who is delivering our products and exactly when by contacting the delivery agent.

                                        I am an ABO with amway India with ABO no. 10637111, have placed an order 0n 15/09/14 vide order no. 89047969 of Rs. 4587/-. the order was cancelled by Amway due to wrong selection of state and I have to place a fresh order. But the captioned order which was cancelled by amway, the payment has not been refunded till date. Its over a month now and no one including the Amway customer care is providing a proper response to the same. I have sent two mails and have contacted the Amway customer care 4 times now but no solution has come. Initially on 25th Oct they registered a complaint vide no. 76419371 but no one even called back. It was after continuous calling that on 29th Oct the customer service executive said that the payment has been refunded to the mode of payment done. I have done the same from credit card and till date no such refund has come. When asked for the reference no. of refund done by them they said that they do not have the details and I need to further mail to a mail id given by them for further details. It is over a month and a half now and I have been bearing the charges of the credit card and the amount which has still not been refunded. I want my money back into my credit card before 8th Nov or else the whole late payment along with the charges to be bore by Amway.                                           My Amway ABO no. is 4748390. It has been more than one month since I ordered products to be delivered to Kolkata. but the same has not been delivered. Last year also, I had shipped the some products to this address. And it did get delivered then although the courier person was not hesistating to deliver at that address. When I called up your customer care, I had talked to Mr. Sohail, Mr. Kapil, Subhashish and others and asked them the courier details but they refused to give courier details even though I had requested to find out the details of the courier persons and give me. They even do not revert back !! Yet they claimed that the product has been returned! How did they come to know they do not tell. I even wrote to the feedback team of Amway but these people do not reply even. They have forgotten that there is something called customer ! I hope someone from Amway reads this and does the needful or else the trust on Amway will no longer be there.

                                              Hi I am Pooja Gupta, i have registered on Amway and bacame its member through one of my friend Baljinder Momi(ABO no. 8324404)as we need sponsorship. My ABO no. is 8721120. I have placed an order online 0n[protected] and paid the amount of Rs. 3475 . Order no.[protected]. But neither i have received the order yet nor they have refunded it. Daily i am calling on no.- [protected] and they are saying today they will dispatch the order but now its[protected] and till now i have not received the order. Now i am not even able to login on their website to check the status.Also i complained many times but they are not taking any action. Please look into the matter and resolve this immediately.

I called many times on Amway customer care no. but no one is responding. Neither they have refund the amount. Is Amway a fraud organization??

                                                  If All the Amway product are so much effective,eco-friendly, economical etc as per Amway distributor feedback. But One thing which i want to know that - Why discount of 60% in all product not given to direct customer (His money)without doing his bussiness or making network. I[censored] trust on your product.
                                                  Because Millians of product running in market without any extra effort from customer. They tried to convey through advirtisement.
                                                  We also doing the same thing with Distributor help means extra tension to earn some money which money is my money as per your plan.

                                                  Amway accept that his product cast is 40% of MRP, rest 60% we distribute among....Why another person get benifit rather than direct cusomer. amway business is also associated with advertisement means pay some value.
                                                  If product is effective ,economical...etc. then it should be lounch and online request accept without adding extra 60% amount. It will be automatically propagate / popularise within few days.

                                                  BUT EXCELLENT THING IS THAT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK NOT RECEIVED BY AMWAY ASSOCIATES.

                                                    As per Amway representative it is described that if you are member(ABO) then u will get 20% discount directally in all product. and other associated benifits as per plan.
                                                    But actually we get approximately 14% discount after including the Tax. means customer should add total money not without tax.
                                                    It is like that All the Flight tourist agency shows that Ticket charges is just Rs.500.00, but when customer goes to bue the ticket he paid Rs.4000--Rs.5000 and agent justified that Rs. 500.00 was without tax.
                                                    So i request to you that please try to transparent buissiness not by making foolish.

                                                    This matter posted on Amway website through Feeddback section. But the moderator does not allow to show his negative concept. This is one of the example but if any body want to know he can know many point. www.thetruthaboutamway.com is only for blind faith people not for analytical person.

Yesterday night i.e. 31st March, 2011 at about 10.00 PM i was making a transaction with Amway India at GHaziabad for Rs. 5141/- only. The amount was debited from my account. However, the transaction did not materialise. My simple request is that the matter may be looked and the amount of Rs. 5141/- only may be credited back to my account. This amount did not reach the mercandise. Thanking you in anticipation

                                                        2. OR why not print actual price rather than 60% more than manufacturing cast(as per Amway distributors)

                                                        Amway give 60% but shayed aap ne iske working process, Sales Plan ke stady nehi ki hai, ab to aap ye bhi kah sakte hai ki jaise ham kise bhi company ki distributors ship lete hai to wo hame pura discount de, lekin aisa nahi hota wo distributors k turnover pe dipend karta hai, lekin sara paisa distributors ko hi milta kai company nahi leti 60% mwe se kuch, jaisa chi aap ne dekha hoga traditional Market me hota hai,
                                                        Fark itna hai ki business ko koi bhi kar sakta hai, jise imandari ka paisa mehnat se kaman hai.

                                                        i have used netbanking facility for the payment of Rs.600/- to amway india using my state bank of india account, the transaction for the same was failed but the amount of money is beinng deduceted from my balanced amount

                                                          I had placed a web order(web order no.[protected] on 17th Sep'10 for Rs. 2832.00. Approx 20 days left., but my product till not receive and no one pick up the phone at customer care. But interesting part is that, which I had ordered on 27th Sep'10, I receiver 3rd Oct'10. But my order till not received. Please help me to get my own products which I have already paid through credit card.

                                                          I also have similar experience. I placed order on 17th Sept, 10 (Bangalore) and haven't yet got the devliery. No one from customer care picks up the call. They have one recorded script which gets disconnect after 2.14 mins on tollfree and non-tollfree numbers. This sucks...
                                                          At least I got my products(12th Oct'10) after complaining 3 times to customer care.
                                                          me too facing the same issue. Ordered product on dec 6 2011, but till date didnt recieve the product. Registered more than 3 complaints. No Action had been taken.
                                                          This seems like online Theft.
