Amzon — Refund not provided yet from 15 days

I have requested for refund of quick heal product. And this request has initiate on 21 dec. But yet refund isn't reflect on my bank account.
Amazon also provide me a reference number. And i ask for my bank customer service about this reference number, any credit is arrived or not. Back customer check and said there is no credit from amazon. I daily check my account but there is no refund yet i haven't receive refund. "i request to amazon to please again initiate refund request with contact to seller".
I've sent my transaction statement from 21 dec. To 5 jun. Of account by which i was used for payment.
