First of all customer care executive will force you to pay the delivery charges, its written in the website that if you pay online no delivery charges, but the team will threaten you that hell lot of things can happen if you pay before receiving the product. When i received the product it is written in the user manual that diabetic patient is not allowed to use the product, i am a diabetic patient and want to return the product after telling that to the customer care she kept asking me the same thing why you want to return the product. Either customer care executives are uneducated or they are just sitting there for fun, there are no higher officials to have professional behavior and give time to customer. The return policy is even more worst, they do not return you the money back, and you have to spend your money to courier the product to their office. I recommend all that never buy products from anand india. Customer satisfaction is zero.
