Please do a little more research work before writing an article and also kindly get the names write and please create a more positive portrayal of BTS. BTS speaks at UNICEF love yourself, speak yourself campaign so I think they deserve a more positive portrayal to gener audience.It is not just madness, it includes healing.

This article was not researched well and its showing negative things about the fandom. This article can throw hate on boys and fandom. This article is kinda disrespecting BTS as all of the names of the members weren't mentioned and the members whose name was mentioned the spelling wasn't correct. This article gives way to hate xenophobia and negativity. People will hate on BTS and their famdom after reading this article.

Please justify as to why the most derogatory article on Korean pop music culture has been featured in your newspaper? This is clearly giving a wrong impression about the fandoms to the elderly and the uninformed. You're willfully conveying wrong information. Regarding the leading K-pop group, if you don't know their proper or stage names DO NOT USE. Their fan-given nicknames aren't meant for newspaper article and definitely not for derogatory articles like yours. And NOT EVEN THE NAMES HAVE BEEN WRITTEN PROPERLY. THE LACK OF RESEARCH IS EVIDENT. Please remember your responsibilities as the "leading" Bengali newspaper of India and refrain from conveying misleading informationNot a single charity work or donation done by the fandoms have been mentioned. The messages which are written in the section of BTS is very stereotypic and very offensive for all the kpop lovers ..please do something about it.. every Bengali kpop lovers are offended .please change the article

The article published on your daily about Korean Pop and BTS is highly misleading. The article seems like talking about the negative effects of kpop and BTS upon this new generation. How young people are becoming addicted to their smartphones because of BTS and how their data usage has increased. You also mentioned that we people listen to those songs only because of the rhythm and beats and because of their shiny appearance which is also not correct. They are an inspiration to lots of people and not only teenagers only because of their raw talent. Hence please make sure to do some research before publishing something and portray only the truth in your articles and not something misleading and insulting.

There are so many misleading information in this article. Also we're not supporting a group without understanding anything or without any valid reason. Kindly do some research before writing an article.

Hello, I am writing to let the authority know about the article potsed on Dec 14. It was about Korean Pop culture which includes the group BTS. The article mentions stereotypical misinformation. It says the admirers of the groups are only 14-16 year old kids which is VERY much wrong. Me as a 24 old felt left out. Also it mentions that the younger admirers miss academical activities to watch the group's YouTube contents which highly stereotypical statement and however not true at all. Also it mentions that being sung in Korean language half of the songs are inaudible and only consists of "few English lines" which is Xenophobia indirectly. All over this article from author is rude and salty towards our community. It mentions a particular member's recent health conditions and targets the admirers with it as in "They know everything about which idol is getting sick and who is doing what more than anything in their life". We, as a community, are disrespected to get this kind of treatment from a newspaper we trusted for years. Please reconsider. It is humble request.

Kindly do proper research about the band and their fandom when you're writing about it. The article was filled with typical stereotypes against k-pop and k-poppers in general which came across quite offensive to us stans who have been trying so hard to prove people believing in it wrong. Not one line talked about how they're music has helped millions, how they've broken so many barriers with their music and their acheivements. Please don't write about them without having your proper facts straight. It's a humble request from all bts army. Thank you.

In today's edition we found writing about kpop. There are many wrong and Misguiding things have written in that. Please first do search then talk something.

The article seemed to have not reported with correct information.
It shows that kpop has caused a bad impact on the new generation.
The reporter seems to have not correctly researched bout BTS or any other kpop band.

Today the abp newspaper, Kolkata published an issue on BTS and kpop. Let me start with the "ONDHO BHOKTO (blind fans) " thing. Y'all disrespected the elder BTS armys (our fans) of our fandom. We have BTS fans who are 35 years and above too. There are fans above 60 years too. So what do you mean by your article which simply intended that it's a teenage craze? How dare y'all disrespect the elder armys? You think only 7th and 8th standard students are fans of BTS. Dude, open your eyes. Look around, and secondly there's a thing called TRANSLATION. Your article said we are getting hyped up with kpop simply without understanding the meaning of songs. What do you mean by that? There are translators who translate the lyrics for us and the whole world isn't as foolish as you think that they will hype up songs without understanding them. Only dance and beats?!??? No. Only dance and beats can never make an artist create history by topping the billboard hot 100 chart with 2 songs (one korean song for the first time in history). Through their songs, they spread the message of loving oneself and believing oneself. I won't even start on the messages they convey through their songs cuz it'll never end. Every single line explains different theories.Do you know that UNESCO themselves launched a campaign of "LOVE YOURSELF" with BTS??? Do you know BTS themselves attended their conference? Do you know why we love them? It's because through their songs they have saved thousands of lives, made thousands of people believe themselves and love themselves.They have comforted us in innumerable ways which not a single artist did. DO SOME PROPER RESEARCH before publishing an article.

The article about BTS is completely focused on how BTS is a trend and how teens are obsessed with it . No, only teens do not listen to them. The statistics prove that the the majority of listeners are in the age group 30-50 . The article was simply written to seek attention. It is highly offending and doesn't have a single line for how BTS has changed the world and how their music helps . BTS didn't become an overnight trend or obsession it took them 7 long years to reach where they are today. The article was total gibberish and highly offending.

Well.. The editors of the paper wrote a very less explanatory and not appropriate article about bts... Armys are not only teenage girls.. I am 21 years old and I am an army and I know many other who are in even in their thirties... So please do some research before writing.. And also u guys have written all wrong names and spellings of the members and many other rather things which according to us is disrespectful to bts, kpop and us too.
