I'm facing the same problem. To avail the special discount, I'm trying to renew the subscription continuously from yesterday but, URL www.subscriptions.abp.in is not allowing to renew online.

I tarun kumar bose having cust id 60087988 am trying co renew subscrions online since yesterday but not able to do the same as the site is not being open. What to do ?

The URL www.subscriptions.abp.in is invalid. What to do for renewal?

Over the last fortnight, I have been continuously trying to log in in the Anandabazra Patrika website, but could not . The site is too poor to open, quite surprising for a daily like Anandabazar. My complain to the customer care does not help me much .

I wanted to book online renewal of ABP and Telegraph for 6 months but the I could not get the page of special discount of Rs 50/- or like that. It is only showing the usual charge of ABP and Telegraph for 6 months. I complained to your telephone No.[protected] on 25.06.18 but I got no remedy of it and hence the renewal is awaited. Kindly enlight me to solve the problem.

I am B s sudha from bangalore, i have been in pathetic problem from anand service. it has been more than 27days raised after complain but nothing has been done to my request, Jun 7th executive from costumer care dept. Told to me and committed for replacement of product within 2 to 3 days. i have been ask to not to use the product also. i have given invoice and necessary things required be them. no one from service dept responding to take initiative to solve complain. my question is why they committed for replacement and not doing. my suggestion to them is don't give wrong commitment and play with customers. Anandabazar — Non-receiving of coupon

I, Dr.Pintu Kumar Sasmal subscribed for Anandabazar Patrika & Telegraph for 6 month on 19.09.2011 & I paid a check of Rs/-788 drawn from SBI nimta belgharia branch. But I have not received any subscription coupan till now (03.12.2011). On contacting the customer care they replied that the coupan had been delivered and received on 5th Nvenber,2011. But neither me nor my family members have received the coupan. Therefore, I request you to take necessary steps immediately so that I can get the coupan and handover the same to the vendor as per norms.

We take your news paper on Sunday only. Our vender is charging Rs.8/- per paper where as printed price is Rs. 5/- only. Pl let us know what is the correct price.

But after your cheque's query it was known that its 3 months pack. Firstly we were acknowledged a wrong information from your side. Secondly you were asked to return the cheque for a fresh issuance for 6 months pack. The Cheque was given on 9th feb 2011. Still we have got no response from your end, its being harsh from your end as no importance is being given to our words. We had a talk with your CCE.till date no feedback is received from your end.

The Cheque was given on 19th November 2011 at the hand of my distributor. The said distributor forget to deposit the cheque with ABP in time. However, afterward I heard that he deposited the cheque with ABP, still neither I have got no response from your end nor my said cheque amount debited from my account., its being harsh from your end as no importance is being given to our words. This is a common problem everyone facing with Anandabazar. Despite of being a big News Press they are less careful about their consumers who are actually lending big amount of money for long term. Its a shame!! When I called CCE they said, courier rejected the delivery saying that my home address is incomplete!! How it could be when I have filled my full address in the subscription form?

I Sarbani Kar paid full subscribtion for one year (Anandabazaar and Telegraph) combo . I tilldate neither received coupons nor the diamond and sapphire cards . My date started on 15 July 2012. Please look after the matter.After receiving the cheque ABP Pvt called and said that they received the cq, after that no response.

I am your customer named DHRUBA DAS, PASHUPATI (S) COMPLEX, 4TH FLOOR, FLAT NO. - B3, P.O - SONARPUR, KOLKATA - 700150 hold the combo subscription for 6 months of "ABP + TG" and it started last 3 months back from your agent named Mr. Subhas Bardhan, Gorekhara - Ghosh Para, Aurobindo Nagar, Sonarpur, Kolkata - 700 150 and his cel. # [protected] and facing few honest/serious problems till the 1st date of receiving your valuable news papers :

1. Receive your valuable news papers at about 9.30 am. to 1.30 pm.
2. Few days missed to give the same.
3. Always give an adamant attitude including the rough languages.
4. Not entertained any type of problems - rather not picking up the phone at least.
5. Give "Times of India" instead of "Telegraph" maximum times and say that - Telegraphs are not come today.
6. Regarding the coupon collection : starts follow-up from the 1st day on any of the months while my subscription date starts from 16th of every months.
Once we want to give the same on 10th to 15th day - say that "you availed the facilities in advance and now ignore to give the price, which means you want to avail the facility in free of cost!!!
Sir we have already paid the amounts in 6 months advance, after that we have bound to face the threats from your agent.
7. Always threats us to say that - "Take the e-mail id (Kolkata & Mumbai) and launch your complains on me to the authority and you will see no one can take any type of steps against me guaranteed that, once you take the papers as per my schedule otherwise I will not drop the news papers on you door step you should collect the same as per your responsibility".

It takes me very hardship to write this mail to you, but I was thinking of it from a long time but was not able to do so., as you are aware of the attitude or behavior performed by us to your agent Mr. Subhas Bardhan. We have been giving our 100% effort to maintain our politeness to you all.

We are presenting a humble request to you to consider our decency which we are finding it difficult to sustain and make both ends meet. We have completed 7 years with your valuable news papers (ABP & TG) that we think is a valuable addition for our performance to your authority and knowing the kitty grittiest before performing the same.

Lastly we state that our only intension is to highlight the problems to you “how this subject mentioned silly person/your agent (Mr. Subhas Bardhan) make this nasty behavior with us on today when I called on his cel. Dear Sir, I received a renewal form from my vendor nityananda kundu on 15th of may, it was a combo offer anand+tele+abela of Rs.855.00, on 16th I asked to your help line about the same, and one advised me to send the cheque within 20th of may, I send it by courier and it was received by you on 18th (I have received copy), after that I asked your help line several times and they advised me to wait, the process is going on to day after getting your renewal request sms, I asked your help line and told me your cheque is rejected and issue a fresh cheque of Rupees nine hundred something, please inform me-
1 .I received that combo offer on 16th of may by your vendor.
2. your collector Mr. Raju was in fever(pox).
3. I asked your help line.
4 .I send it by courier on 17th may.
5. Office received on 18th, but your office is telling me that it was received on 21st may.
6. The cheque is already rejected.
7. In the past I faced the same experience.
8. No one case was rejected due to non availability of fund. 9. Why I Shall not leave the habit of reading anandabazar? which is reading about 50 years.11. There are many news papers now in the market. Shib prasad Niyogi, mobile [protected].
