Sir, i am having credit card number [protected]. And sb account number [protected].
My sb account have net banking facility, recently i have linked my credit card with sb account, due to this all my credit card transactions by online are deducting from my sb account. Now my request is to remove net banking to my sb account & removal of credit card link with my sb account.
For credit card payment, asking vbv code. I have tried for registration, always coming as card is blocked contact customer service, but in customer service telling as my card is active.
Please help me, how i can get vbv code.
Sent several mails to ccd helpdesk and several phone calls to customer care. But no proper response.
An early action at your end is highly appreciated.
