Andhra Bank — about debiting money twice for one withdrawal

Sir.. I took 5000 from the andhra bank atm but there is twice the amount was debited from my account 5000, 5000.. I didnt received any alert message of debiting money.. I complained it at the andhra bank branch it completed 10 days but there is no response from the branch or bank... We r using andhra bank since 2014 but now we came to know how irresponsible the bank was...

Sir, mera mobile chori ho gya hai jis bajah se ere pass bank se judi koi bhi messeges ya koi aur information nahi mil pati hai isliye mai apna mobile number change karana chahta hu please mera new mobile number [protected] save karne ki krpa kare mai aapka hamesa aabhari rahunga
