I have done 300 rs transaction at Aditya Hospital Hyderabad on 09-oct-2017 through my debit card in PoS swipe machine. Amount of 300 has been deducted from my account but billing incharge said he did not receive the amount in his account saying transaction declined. Please reverse my amount as soon as possible in my account. Photo of statement has been attached below. Plz solve it. .
