Andhra Bank — Amount debited but showing as transaction failure

Today I made an order at ajio, in ajio it is showing that transaction failure, but after sometime I got message that amount debited, bit Upto now I didn't received any order confirmation mail ...so I want refund amount from andhra bank, since it dhows as transaction failure ...
