I own a sb a/c no.[protected] in name of shashi kala singh in vijyant khand lucknow.. On 18.4.17 i made pos transaction of rs.3073 at raj ratan shop boothnath but transaction got declined but amount of rs.3073 was debited but not received by merchant.. So i have to again swipe my card to complete the payment.. So i request u to reverse back the extra debited amount of rs.3073 as soon as possible as it is hard earned.. I had done transaction from my Andhra debit card on 11/4/2017 at a grocery store. My balance got debited twice but on the machine it was showing error as payment was not made. Till now i have not got any refund back. Please tell me when will i get my refund back?
