Andhra Bank — amount deducted but cash not received

On saturday i. E 03/08/2019. I went to kvb atm center located at sr nagar to withdraw the amount of rs.4000/- from my account.

Unfortunately, cash not received from the atm and display shows unable to dispense the cash and receipt generated showing transaction failed.

But i received the message that amount was withdrawn from my account.

Immediately i called the ab customer care and complained about the issue and the generated unique case is ab[protected]

Please resolve the issue and credit the amount in my account
