[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — amount deducted from my account while transferring to another account but tha same was no transfer to another account

As as 16-feb 2018, while transfering amount of Rs 3498 from andhra bank account to another bank account the amount debited from my account but the same should not be transfer to another bank account of Rs 3498. I requested you to refung my amount to my acoount no. [protected] of Kalka Ji Branch, New Delhi

My account number is [protected].I am facing a problem regarding to the enabling and registration o[censored]PI.Whenever I try to register using last 6 digits of my debit card and expiry date, it is showing invalid card details.I try to contact in Andhra Bank branch but the staff doesn't know anything about the UPI.
