[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — atm card blocked and require new card

Dear sir/mam,

Long back i have received a message that my atm card has been blocked and i have to apply for new atm card. Can i apply for new atm card through net banking..? Or else we have to visit branch and submit application for new card.?
Can you please guide me. Bank name: andhra bank. Branch: gajwel. Ifsc code: andb0001574.
