Andhra Bank — atm transaction dispute | |||
On 26.09.2019 evening I having a saving a/c in Andhra bank ( [protected]) have done swap my ATM at my home branch of Andhra bank at Bhanur ‘0639’ for withdrawal of Rs. 3000/- In first attempt for the withdrawal of Rs. 3000, the machine taken long delay for processing but Money did not dispersed however the same amount got deducted from my account. In second attempt for the withdrawal of same Rs. 3000, processing was done and the money got received and in turn same amount again got deducted from my account. Hence, total amount deducted from my account is Rs. 6000/- against successful received amount of Rs. 3000/- only. It is herewith requested to look at the matter and make arrangement for reverting the un received amount of Rs. 3000 to my account at the earliest. Please do the needful.
