Andhra Bank — atm withdrawal debited without disbursing money

I have tried to withdraw Rs.10, 000/- from SBI atm at Bakaram branch in Hyd. Though the ATM failed to disburse money a msg is received in my mobile that the amount is debited to my account thus reducing the balance in the a/c. I am giving my debit card details below.
