I am Marrapu Meghana. I tried to withdrew amount from SBI ATM on 10th December 2021. I Didn't receive cash from the ATM but the amount has been deducted from my account.

The exact location of the ATM IS AcharyaNagar, MG Road, Near Benzcircle, Vijayawada 520010...

Hi today I went to Andhra Bank ecil branch, Hyderabad along with my mother who is a senior citizen aged 63 years for submitting jeevan praman certificate. Waited in que for more than 30 min for collecting form and when we spoke to cashier name lavanya Andhra Bank employee who has really rude behaviour and taking very rudely with my mother who is a senior citizen and throwing the form ok face without informing proper process. An amount of ₹38999 has been debited from my account on oct 2. As I have ordered a product on Amazon. But on the same day oct 2 I have cancelled the item.
