i got education loan from andhra bank. still now i am not working any were that way we require some time to pay loan but i am paying inerest every month.now bank sent me legal notice.we want some action agenist bank . please give me your advice as soon as possiable.

I want to use my debit card for the online transaction or ngpay purposes so it is asking for the CVV number for that verification but I dont have the CVV number at the back side of my Debit card.My Debit card is Visa Electron.So please make arrangements for my card.My details are mentioning below..

I beg to state that my above ATM card validity was up to 02/09 , and same card has been partially broken, though I am able to withdraw from Andhra Bank ATM but unable to withdraw from other bank's ATM service for invalid card. No fresh card has been issued after my expiry of validity of previous card. A fresh card may please be issued in my favour at an earliest.

I jagadeesh is Maintaining AC in Andrabank Tiruvuru, Krishna Dt A.P. From three years.I have with drawn Rs. 1000 from Andra bank ATM at bangalore On[protected] at 17.24pm. but I have not received amount and deducted from AC. So I have given complait in branch office(Complaint no:[protected]. when I called Andra bank ATM toll free no: [protected] fourth time they told money translation has done, you will not receive the money. So What I should do. I have gone hope on bank.

hi sir,
i Shaik Abdul Shukur is having a current account in the chilakaluripet andhra bank branch, since from 7 years.
sir 6 months back my cheque is stolen by an unknown person and the bank people issued him 50,000/- on that cheque and the signature is wrong this was agreed by the bank manager and the staff also.
we have already gave complaint aganist it to the regional manager but as if now no response from them.
please suggest us what to do.

My father Dasari.Panakalarao having 3 Gold loan accounts in Ramireddypet Branch(0182).
My fatther Expired on 30.06.2009 ,We inform the same In March 22nd 2010.We cleared the gold loans and taken gold from bank.
Gold loan numbers are

1)208/17--Rs.20000/-
2)2007/268--Rs.28000/-
3)[protected]--Rs.16000/-

We required the Statement of gold loans from bank , they did not able to give the loan statement to me . why they hesitating to give the statement .

I requested the Manager but they did not given to me till now .

I want that stetement as warly as possible.At any COST

I have tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 5000/- from an ATM with ID No NC560401 located at Gaddiannaram, Hyderabad today, ie., 24.03.2010 at around 18:54 hrs. I had entered the amount as above to be withdrawn in the ATM. Just before the dispensing of the cash, the ATM got switched off and money was not dispensed. My ATM card was ejected out. My A/c No.[protected]. An amount of Rs. 5000/- got debited from my account. I request an action against this transaction and the amount not withdrawn may be credited to my account.

I am a customer of Andhra bank for a quite few years located at Vikas Nagar, Hyderabad, I had visited the bank recently to request for a locker this was the reply I had form the asst. Manager we have lockers for our valued customers how can we afford you one. I had asked what does valued stand for? the answer was who has 5 crores as their turnover. i was suprised to see being a govt body how they can discriminate a customer on the basis of turnover where there are no rules as such been drawn for the allocation of the locker.

then I approached the manager and his reply was we don't have any locker and don't even want and he sounded like get out of here we don't give a damn thing for customers like you. one thing I made them understand was I am much richer than what they have there.

we have requested for a locker for quite a few times now and nothing has happened.

ON 10th OF MARCH 2010. I WENT TO ANDHRA BANK BRANCH TO HAVE MY TRANSACTION.ITS TO ENCASH A SELF CHEQUE OF RS.3500/- BELONGS TO A LOCAL EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION "MORNING STAR COLLEGE". THE SAME WAS SUBMITTED TO THE CONCERN COUNTER FOR PAYMENT, A LADY STAFF PERSONNEL ASKED TO SIGN ON BACKSIDE OF CHEQUE AT HER PRESENCE, WHILE I'M SIGNING THE SAME, SHE WHISPERS AND MURMURING THAT,WHY UNAWARED PERSONS RUSHED TO BANKS FOR TRANSACTIONS AND MAKE RESTRAINT TO BANK FUNCTIONS AND STAFF PRECIOUS TIME. TO HAVE MY TRANSACTION WITHOUT CONSTRAINT I STAYED SILENT AND SIT AT THERE WHICH MEANT FOR CUSTOMERS. I DIDNOT GET CALL TILL AN HOUR, I QUERIED ABOUT THE STATUS OF THE CHEQUE.BUT THE CHEQUE MISSED AND I INFORMED THE BRANCH MANAGER THE SAME. THE BRANCH ALSO FAILED TO DO SO AND HE TRICKLY ASKING TO SUBMIT THE ACCOUNT DETAILS OF THE CHEQUE ISSUING AUTHORITY. HOW CAN IT POSSIBLE, I LEFT THE BANK WITHOUT HAVING MY TRANSACTION COMPLETED ALONGWITH TOKEN BADGE. I REQUEST YOU TO PLEASE ENQUIRE INTO THE MATTER AND ESTABLISH CUSTOMER FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT AND RURAL BANKING INSPIRATION BY PUNISHING THE PERSONNEL WHO HAVE NO INTENTION TO PERFORM DUTIES IN RURAL AREAS. THEY HAVE TO GIVE REFRESHMENT CLASSES AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPING . IF NOT THE BANKS AIM MAY GET DESTROY AND THE BANK CANNOT STAND IN THIS CORPORATE COMPETITION.
HOPING APPROPRIATE ACTION AGAINST THE PERSONNEL, I'M ALWAYS READY TO ASSIST IN THIS PROCESS. I JUST WANT TO DRAW MY SUM OF AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY, WHICH IS IN PENDING. I'VE TOKEN WITH ME.

sir, iam the visagold card from Andhrabank vide my card no.[protected]
and im have withdrawn cash in the month of Deember-2009 an amount of Rs.10,000/ fwith my credit card, but ihave not get any cash from AB ATM-Gadwal.again i have put my card into ATM and drawn Rs,5000/ but 2nd time also i didnot get any cash fwith my card .but it was showing thecash balance is only Rs.seven thousand.meen while from ATK any receipt not getting to complaint to the bank.it was also a major problem from ATM-GADWAL.hence give best service to the customers and restotre my problem i.e. available balance

Sir, I am the Andhra Bank .B a/c holder bearing no [protected] at Abid road branch,Hyderabad. I applied for internet banking codes from the bank authorities on 01/01/2010. I recieved the log in P.W to my home address hrogh courier on 18/01/2010.I was informed in it get log on with in 15 days and also that my user ID will be despatched in a seperate courier.It is now 29/01/2010 and i am yet to get the User ID. Pl see that it is sent immediately or contact my E mail ID given above atonce so that i can get on with my operatin of the internet and transact further with my above S.B account.

card number:[protected] via VISA transfer and Till date
i.e;27/JAN/2010 i have not been Received the said amount to my Account.


I had a very bad experience with your Call centre pupil who without
Mercy and Knowledge and Minimum Common sense o[censored]nderstanding Customers
Grievance Have given me A BULL OF 26 phone numbers i.e; One person
if i call that person without understanding my problem Gives me another
number and asks me to call them.Of this famous personality of Ill
behaviour is M/S Sanchitha who has no minimum knowledge to assist
Customers and Talks irrelevant language with Customers.

the amount was not funded till 27/JAN/2010 Evening and faced a lots of problem to handle the issue with Andhra bank UNQUALIFIED EMPLOYEES who cant even Respond to Customer Queries in CORRECT MANNER.

I had issued a cheque dated 20/JAN/2010 to HDFC bank for Rs10,493/- (ten thousand four hundred and ninty three rupees only) and due to the Irresponsive Behaviour of the Andhra bank,i faced lots of problem to Arrange the Money and Deposit that amount in a difficult period of Month Ending.

Kindly teach them a better lesson and also guide me to file a complaint against my Mental stress with the bank.

i am holding an account in andhra bank frm a very long time
lastyear i lost my atm card applied for a new one got it also but they didnt give me password to operate it ,i was going out of country ask them to give me soon but nothing happened ,i went away after three months when i came back it was there in the mail box
and when i opened it it was blank
now what to do
its very urgent
i hv to withdrew cash frm my account dont hv the pass book also

I have been holding a savings account with Andhra Bank, Tirupur branch for nearly 10 years.

On 04.05.09 I tried to withdraw cash of Rs.11,000.00 with Andhra Bank ATM (outside the branch), but was rejected. Hence I tried to split and take this amount. Hence withdrew Rs.5000.00 first. Again I tried for withdrawing Rs.5000.00 immediately, The transaction processed but the amount did not come. During this time the security was also present at the scene.

Immediately I contacted bank staff and informed about this. He assured that if the amount will be credited automatically, but it was not done immediately.

On repeated mails and visits to the bank, this amount of Rs.5000 was credited into my account on 27.08.2009.

As per RBI's notification, this amount should have been credited within 12 days, but it took more than 114 days and as per RBI notification this particular bank has to pay Rs.100 per day as compensation and i have been mailing to Andhra Bank frequently, but till date no response. Can anyone guide me???
