Extra amount debited from my Account

I have tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 5000/- from an ATM with ID No NC560401 located at Gaddiannaram, Hyderabad today, ie., 24.03.2010 at around 18:54 hrs. I have been holding a savings account with Andhra Bank, Tirupur branch for nearly 10 years.

Getting Credit Card statements after surrendering the card

I was offered a credit card by Andhra Bank in the year 2004-05. The no. of card was xxxx xxxx 1128 5457. The card was expired in Feb 08. Later on 17/02/09 I'd surrendered this card through the branch manager of Andhra Bank, Gopalpur-on-sea after clearing my dues. 1. It is intimated that have opened an account with Andhra Bank (1157) hyderabad on 16 Jan 2007 and closed the same on 04 Nov 2009. My SB Account Number is [protected].
