[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Charged Twice for the Amount of 13000 Rupees for my Andhra Bank Credit Card | |||||
Hi Team, Please find the screenshot of my Andhra Bank Credit Card Statement in which i was charged one 13000/- wrongly. In the hospital when i swiped the card for the very first time, i got the result as "Transaction Failed" and second time it was "Transaction Successful". I am really feeling guilty that Andhra Bank is cheating people like this.I even calculated the total due amount in which 13000 was added wrongly. Please get back to me ASAP on this. And when i called up the customer care they simply asked me the mail and the issue cannot be resolved over phone. when all other banks are resolving the issues immediately over phone why is Andhra Bank unable to resolved such issues over phone? I have attached all the details in the PDF format. Mail was already sent yesterday to both the ID's but haven't yet got any response. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jan 5, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Some fake idiot took my details and called me for my card details for which i dint respond. My issue is not yet resolved but then i am closing this. Andhra Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
