[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Closure of RD in vanasthalipuram branch Hyderabad | |||||
Sir I have opened RD for 12 months on 1jul 2016 So it matured on 1 July 2017.I opened the RD online from my SB account [protected].The system said that on maturity amount will be credited to my SB a/c automatically.But they have not credited. I sent a mail on 3 July to customerser They asked my contact No and mail id.Today they asked GST No .GST No is not essential for individuals that too to withdraw RD amount. Please take necessary action. I took the opinion of CAs and other bank managers. They said it is not necessary. Was this information helpful? | |||||
