Andhra Bank — complaint regarding arogyadaan insurance policy cancellation | |||
This is to bring to your kind attention that due to sudden increase in insurance renewal payable amount and due to deducting RS.4700.00/- without intimating us regarding the increase in price in prior, we wrote a cancellation request letter and submitted to ANDHRA BANK, Bapatla team to cancel the policy and credit back the amount in to our account, they confirmed that they cancelled the policy in their systems but didn't credited the deducted amount. Andhra bank Manager informed us to check with customer care of insurance company. Insurance company people informed us to contact marketing department of Andhra bank, we tried to call to your marketing team for three days but nobody picked the call and not responded.
