[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Credit card duplicate pin | |||
I requested for a duplicate pin (hard copy) for my credit card no.[protected] fifteen days back. You acked my mail and replied that the DUP.pin will be sent shortly. I have sent three reminders but no response. Pl let me know the time period set by your bank for 'shortly'. One month, two months, three months or one year. Poor service by you people. I want cheque book but i m presently here in karnataka. at atm is not responding to cheque book request.i want emergency my cheque book because my salary transaction is stopped by this reason.
