[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — Credit of an amount twice debited vide debit card to my account

Respected sir,
I would like to bring to your kind notice that i had purchased one no. Commode elevated seat imported for rs:2600/= on the 22nd of may 2017 bill no. Sal/1285/s and used my debit card for making payment of the same to m/s amar india surgical company, at s. D. Road, opp clock tower secunderabad. I have received two messages regarding the debit to my account, which i would clearly state that the bill has been debited twice by mistake. When i had approached the company, i was informed that only the bank will sort the matter. Therefore sir, it is kindly requested that the mistake may kindly be rectified by the concerned dept at the earliest and the amount credited back into my account. No. [protected] at andhra bank, catholic church campus, kazipet warangal. Telangana.
My debit card no. Is [protected]. Please arrange to recredit my account with the same amount. At the earliest.

We have andhra bank a/c : [protected], i have withdrawl of 10, 000 amount ON 9/5/2017 in sbi atm but atm got shutdown but i have receive a messege 10, 000 debited in my a/c. i have go to andhra bank and file a complaint.
While doing online POS purchase with atm debit card amount of Rs.656.25 deducted and report shown transaction declained, on may 11, 2017. My Account number is [protected]. Please clarify and solve my problem.
