Sir, i am chandaka suryateja, having an account in biccavole branch, east godavari district bearing account [protected]. I have made a payment through andhra bank debit card on 16august, 2017, at burger king restaurant in noida. Payment was unsuccessful but money debited twice after swiping the card two times. And i didn't get my money back to my account after 7 working days also.

I am M Mahendra Gopi, recently i had change my registered mobile number for my Andhra Bank account (A/c:[protected]
but during online transactions
I didn't get OTP number to my new number ([protected]) which was registered there
So please solve this issue..
