Andhra Bank — deposit amount not credited

My name is midde raghavendra kumar my account number:[protected] branch kandhukuru (V) vemsoor (M) khamamm (D) ts-507164 atm deposite mechine to deposite 500*4=2000rs deposited on date 28/03/2020. 2000rs amount not credited my account. Deposite mechine shows receipt transaction unsucessfull. My amount will be not return/not created my account. I am requested please check my account and please credit my amount in my account.
