[Resolved] Andhra Bank — didn't receive the credit yet

I am complaining because a amount of 3148/- was debited from my account during a online shopping transaction. I called andhra bank several times, they are telling they will refund the amount. But it's been one month i didn't get the credit. I called to the hyd andhra bank call center, every executive is telling that amount will be credited. But till now i didn't get the credit. I told them to call back, but no response from them.

Hope at least now you will take action and credit my account. I am very disappointed with the services i received. First time i opened an account and i received these type of service.
