[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — ECS deducted even after giving written application to bank

Address:Nagpur, Maharashtra, 440024

This is to bring to your notice that after submitting my application for cancellation of ECS, I received a confirmation call from my Branch Manager ensuring that my ECS services have been disabled permanently & no ECS will be deducted in future.

But shockingly I find that deduction of my ECS is still continued. However two ECS of Rs. 1150 (Total = Rs. 2300) have been deducted unnecessarily.

Andhra Bank, Manewada Branch, Nagpur Maharastra.

I request to arrange for refund of the above amount without any further delay.
