[Resolved] Andhra Bank — Education loan interest subsidy payment not received

Sir, In the year 2010 I applied for interest subsidy in Bibinagar branch where I have taken my Education loan a/c no:[protected], till now I have not received subsidy amount from the last four when I started payment through EMI, I started asking the branch manager they are saying we have applied to concerned department we will update when we receive amount from the government they they are telling in yesterday our branch manager said in below message:

We have verified our records / application and found no such claim pending with us. (G Sesha Sai) branch manager bibinagar.

I request you to help me and do needful .
