[Resolved] Andhra Bank — failed online transaction refund | |||
Online failed transaction amount of Rs.13600 has not been refunded even after multiple attempts to contact the bank manager.. Bank is stating that the merchant bank has denied their request and it will take another 35 business days. Its a huge loss from my end. This will have to be resolved asap. We have already waited for 20days. The customer service noticed that the request was rejected by the merchant banker only after i escalated the issue. This is highly irresponsible activity towards customer's money. A huge amount not being accounted for over 20days is not a good sign for a bank. Was this information helpful? | |||
