Andhra Bank — Frustrating experience with banking services | |
I have an account in ananthapalli andhra bank which got deactivated even though there are regular biweekly and monthly credits to the account. Reason the senior manager gives us that person has to come to branch at least once a year and withdraw or deposit money physically.. Where are we heading with digital banking. And to reactivate and get a statement, i am going through a process for the past 3 days. This is so frustrating because there is so much crowd and no one is wearing masks during this covid time so scary... Was this information helpful? | |
