Andhra Bank — housing loan installment

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken 20 lakhs housing loan in sadasivpet branch on May-17, I have requested and submitted written letters to Branch Manager and staff to start the EMI after 6 months, they said it will be done and no action has been taken till now. Due to this, they hold 80000 Rs of loan amount saying there are some dues. Now, construction has been completed and I called and dropped two emails to the branch manager to debit loan amount from my savings account. I got the same reply "it will done" but no action has been taken yet. From past 3 months I am paying 3000 Rs per month in fines.
My wife, my parents visited the Bank number of times to settle the issue from past 3 months, they have waited for many hours in the bank but no luck. No one is ready to take the responsibility and don't know how to talk to a customer. upon calling and visiting the branch many times, then they will debit the amount and credit it to the loan account.
Please intervene and expedite on this to solve the issue otherwise I will opt for another bank to take over the loan.
