[Resolved]  Andhra Bank — I don't receive sms after withdrawing from bank account

Address:Khordha, Odisha

While withdrawing ₹200 from atm i hav not received any sms that ₹200 is debited from your account. Why?
Plz check -[protected] is registered number or not, if registered then why not the mssg came. I[censored]nregistered then how to register.
And while transferring some amount from phone pe app to my bank it asked for setting up an upi code but the code not be able to set up. Why?
Please look forward for my problems and plz try to resolve it as soon as possibe
