Name : g. Hanumanth rao Andhra bank a/c. No. [protected], Registered mobile no. [protected] Sir, I have ab arogyadan policy of 500000/- at last year and i have cancelled my policy at last year only, but the policy account is not deactivated the amount of rs. 14089/- is debited from my account. I have not interested to continue the policy and there is no other source to me to continue the policy. I have left the previous job in yashoda hospital secunderabad branch. In my salary all amount is debited by you. Please deactivate my policy account and refund my amount as soon as possible for my debts.
