[Resolved] Andhra Bank — i have withdrawal amount from atm.. the amount was deducted but transaction was declined

On 21th i have withdrawn 8000 from an atm... The transaction was declined but cash was deducted... I called tollfree number of andhra bank and they said that amount will be refunded in 7 working days,... It was almost 10days (7working days) and today i called the toll free number again... They are saying it will take another 3 days or 5 days... It wasn't my mistake... How would they hold my money for 15 days...
